Yesterday was a public holiday in SA. 8 business days after today before end of company’s financial year. Timelines were on track last week, news coming!!

I was thinking/hoping that when we had financing etc in place so market viewed Makhado as definitely going to happen.

Spoke with company yesterday, everything still going to plan with Makhado, timelines they have highlighted still on track and on course for Q3 build. Great news in my opinion. I mentioned Uitkomst a little disappointing. Quarter on Quarter sales in tonnage higher, and initiative for high ash product now generating revenue. Previous issues with contractor/equipment fixed, should now begin to see results, taken a while to bed in and align schedules etc Rand still a massive positive, as is resilient price of hcc

It’s been a good week: 2 positive releases; Thermal and coking coal higher; Dollar higher versus rand. Bodes well for the future

Looking at updated shareholders list, the biggest seller on JSE was cantors where someone sold approx 99k. Holders there now 15,240 so very small amount left (if any). Another holder Jan Albert van der Merwe sold 10k but he has holding of 443k left.....

I would note following: 1. It’s not someone sweeping Order book but came in and bought a number of times in odd amounts, potentially an algo which would mean an institutional investor; 2. When price dipped on aim last week saw volumes soaked up, 70k day; 3. Goes to show again, with good news this will really move, up 40% on no volume. Don’t be out this stock
