It took 9 months to sell 100 tests. It took 4 months to sell a further 100, so they sold the second hundred in less than half the time they sold the first. What happens if it takes less than half the time again to sell the third batch of a hundred?

This is what happens with brand new products. People doubt their validity. Others just don't hear about them. But what happens when word travels amongst clinicians? It won't be long until OBD are doing 100 a month and then multi hundreds per month.

I don't believe it is. I've every belief that it's happening and the June outcome will be as you say, with a definitive course of action advised. Will it be the course of action that most people want - that is the question.

I just happen to believe that the interest is already involved. It has to be someone with the cash resources to negate borrowing at expensive rates and they have to have the social and technical skills to navigate Ecuador and overcome the issues that I'm sure will arise given there's only a couple of mines in existence and nothing like the plan at Cascabel.

I'd love Citi and Maxit to unearth 2 or 3 suitors who tick all those boxes but I will believe it when I see it.

Addicknt - I've a preference for selling up given that there's next to no activities going on in country. We seem to have become completely incapable of doing anything since the PFS was announced. That's almost 12 months of dead time.

That said, my concern is how much progress Bob and Dan are making. Nothing is being shared with shareholders and nothing is really making it to press. We deserve to be updated more than that because the alternative is some mediocre offer is placed in front of us with a reluctant endorsement from the board.

Basically, I've no confidence that Maxit are going to stimulate an auction type process and that is disappointing. It doesn't mean I have to sell up though.

We all want drilling Legalwolf as that is what produces a discovery but I can't fault them for wanting to get the Ditau assays back first as they don't have an unlimited bank balance and need to choose the area of most promise.

Personally, I'd head back to the KSZ and go for the centre of the conductor but if it doesn't produce the goods will they then rue not being able to get the funds to crack Ditau?

The steady but not insignificant dilution as the share price has dropped hasn't helped here but i do believe £7m is a compelling level again.

We must have £2m just in cold hard cash and we have both the exploration lead at Ditau with the banded iron formation and also the remodelled targets at KSZ with B1 registering however many tens of thousands of siemens now.

The market is quite bombed out again in terms of exploration stories and Ben has definitely saturated the market with media as there's definitely a balance to be found.

If it were me I'd take it easy for a month or so, concentrate on aligning ducks internally, let the SP find it's bottom (maybe 0.8p ish) and then do a concerted round when we're about to get back out at KSZ or have something promising in the Ditau assay results.

There's enough going on here in 2023 for investors to speculate once again but the time has come to make a material discovery or drop the licence areas. Making statements about "year of discovery" is an absolute no-no because plenty of investors remember it and will hang a CEO on those comments if they don't come to pass.

Monte - no they didn't. Comparing BHP and NCM with Jiangxi is comparing chalk and cheese.

BHP and NCM were supporting a company trying to delineate and develop a burgeoning asset. There were capital requirements and technical requirements that majors such as them were well placed to help and secure themselves a favourable standing with shareholders. Both were signed up to standstill agreements so I was blatantly obvious both would be long term holders.

Things have changed drastically now. The strategic review is ongoing and the company is being slimmed down at all levels.

The only ways we're progressing Cascabel is to relocate communities and secure permits, so there's basically no need for a third major on the register.
