Why would SolGold go to the cost and hassle of bookbuilding for a meagre 157m shares? It would likely require a broker and that means cost. It would cause a ripple on the shares as small shareholders raised cash.

One can only assume that only Jiangxi were offered. If others were offered, you'd hope SolGold would subtly refer to this in the announcement, which they didn't.

Only Jiangxi has taken equity under the consolidated SolGold.

Only Jiangxi of the major players has bought open market under the consolidated SolGold.

Combine this with the information SharketMare went to great lengths to obtain and it really is quite clear.

If folks have to ask why Jiangxi are the only game in town and have been in 3 years, it begs the question as to what they think they're watching here.

What you lot must remember when you moan about lack of progress is that the strategy for the last two years was to sell the company.

That didn't come off, so now we're back following the strategy we should have been following all along. Maximise Tandy America and get a plan together for an open pit that can part finance a block cave.

There have been plenty of pointers, such as the vid from Collective Mining which gave numerous hints, but folk need to choose who they believe. It's too easy to fall into the traps of the dampers who are only concerned with short term trading at tour expense.

Surely the answer is that the US needs Europe more than the EU needs the US. That's the whole point of thirty off countries joining forces and having favourable trade agreements with each other. Strength in numbers has to carry a benefit and I don't think it's unreasonable to assume that outsiders are less welcome so to speak.

Next week is an important part of what has been a multi week inflection point for our SOLG investments.

We need the company to have planned and be ready to go for either eventuality.

Moreso, we need a new dawn for both operational progress and shareholder relations for the company.

We all want a return here. A lot has been said by a few including myself. I'll freely admit to being frustrated at times - how couldn't you be when you and people you have come to know, like and respect treated as we have been during the company's development journey to date?

But that's water under the bridge. I don't know if this new era of Vujcic/Smith/Stackhouse will be what gets this back where it should be, but it's the hand we've been dealt.

DV was announced on 12/03, so for me he has until month end to announce the plan and provide some updates. Others will argue we should have this already and I struggle to disagree, but end of April gives him 7 weeks which is ample time.

Going quiet in your first week's in an exec role, especially when the company is floundering as SOLG is, just isn't an option. It's an opportunity to kick-start a turnaround story. It must not be wasted.

Vujcic has demonstrated barely a month into the job that he can't be trusted. He's a bum and his "positive replies" mean nothing.

Tell him the market is waiting for this information along with his company reset plan.

It's been a horrific first month for him.
