I am setting out the exchange rate conversion in accordance with how the figures have been delivered in both RNS`s, just for clarity and avoidance of any confusion.
These recent two land purchases are for AUD$750,000 announced today, and AUD$500,000 for the one at Creswick announced on Sept 2nd.
Total cost = AUD$1.25m
Deposits paid = AUD$125,000 (for the two)
Balance to pay = AUD$1,125,000

AUD v GBP exchange rate today is 1 AUD = 0.53183p

So total to pay for purchases is AUD$1.25m = GBP£665,000
In todays RNS it states that after paying the deposit of A$75,000 they have £3.875m left in the bank.
They still have to pay the balance on both properties amounting to A$1.125m = £598.3k
So total left in the bank after paying for both properties in full = £3.276m

Available cash for wages, expenses, running costs and drilling etc may have reduced in the bank, but the AUD$1.25m for these two land purchases really has only been transferred in to assets that ECR owns....good usable valuable assets which increases the value of the company in my view.
The two drill rigs may lose value as they clock up thousands of hours of running but buy that time will have paid for themselves in drilling results.
The land on the other hand may very well increase in value over time even if they do absolutely nothing with it.
The market cap should rerate to reflect progress once further news flow makes people take notice.

I thought we started this conversation talking about expectations for 2021!
Forget last years cost to revenues via low margins, that story was already hammered at the time, the margin has now increased this year, which is what I thought we were talking about.

Gross margin has improved by over 20%, so lets assume that carries on into H2, with the f/y revenues being significantly weighted to the second half.

Interims for period ending June 30th this year...

· Revenue of £820k (H1 2020: £274k);
· Gross margin improvement to 34.5% (H1 2020: 27.9%);

You`re focussing on the minutia with your Sherlock Holmes magnifying glass and coming out with conclusions akin to David Brent.
The fact is, you`re not in possession of the figures, the daily impressions etc, but your looking through the window of 2019 performance.

Yes I do think they will hit the £4m expectations, in fact because I zoom out and look at the big picture I would go as far as to say the f/y revs will be £4.4m, call it a gut feeling, which is really only what you are doing.

Who`s to say they wont beat forecasts, they did it last year.
Plus your `calculations` are just guesses, lets say this, lets say that. You don`t know how many payable views are counted, or take into account the gross margin improvement.
Also...`We expect a number of further games to join Bidstack's roster in the second half.

Who`s to say that advisors like Andrew House haven`t convinced James Draper to under promise and over deliver, after all, JD hasn`t been doing anywhere near his ramping rounds of 2 years ago.
We can all assume, guestimate and read between the lines, but the only people who really know are the likes of the CFO, John Macintosh and other board members.

I highlighted in my post yesterday how wrong helx can be with his deramps...sorry I mean `predictions`.
He predicted the RNS for last years figures wouldn`t come out before xmas...they came out on 17th Dec.
He predicted that if they did come out he would be absolutely amazed if they hit £1m....they beat their target and posted revenues of £1.7m.
He also predicted that if they did come out with their update the share price would drop like a lead balloon, and that they were overpriced....they doubled in the following 11 trading days from 6.5p ish......... to 13p!!!

If nothing else it shows that whatever this clown says has absolutely no bearing on the reality of the stock market.
