Have any of you thought about watching the sp, and reacting accordingly...on the data and the 30 min chart?
I didn`t look in here once today, until the close. I made 2 trading decisions using the chart, the live data, and keeping an eye out for OFFICIAL news.

I`ve now skipped through over 200 posts and come to the conclusion that every single one of you is just ramping, or deramping, with false claims, speculation, unsubstantiated rumours and wild hopeful guesses at where the sp will be in a timeframe of your choosing!
Ha ha ha, what a waste of time and effort!

Don`t know why you keep repeating the same worry words about the shares in issue = whatever Girdz.
You can`t use the same valuation metrics on an AIM market casino net new sector start up company as you would a FTSE250 mid cap stock, it doesn`t work like that!
So each time you boo hoo and bellyache with the same point, and I see it, I`m going to repeat my point that FOMO, sentiment, hype and potential are very powerful drivers of share prices.

The Company has started the year steadily and expects to have generated revenues in excess of £800,000 by the end of the half year. The pipeline looks robust with strong contributions expected from the US and growth in agency, approved partners and brands direct relationships. The mask the guy is wearing is NOT a Pro-Larva mask. The close up shot by jonesrichard clearly shows a square edge running up to the dots on the side.
Ours has a very distinct semi circular rounded edge, and a raise middle quilted section housing the nano tech, the one on his face is totally flat. If you have one put it up against the screen alongside the picture and you`ll see what I mean.
Also no chevron design pattern like ours.

I think this rampathon is getting a bit silly now, sorry but it just is.
You`ve got sharkie making completely made up suggestions of `updates soon`...such as
Voltz production up to 10m!! - can you point to where this has ever been suggested by RMS/NNN or Voltz?

Sales orders £17m achievable - this was a comment by an `enthusiastic` new partner in India, but where is the production for that capacity coming from...in what time frame? They haven`t even started shipping the first 350k masks that were ordered in June, the first 250k will be shipped in the next few weeks from now, with the remainder of the initial order to follow, with no time frame!

These RNS statements are worded in a specific way for a reason, it pays to read them word for word.

Nano 10 deals with supermarkets - eh? when was that even mentioned as a goal in any official communication?

NHS contract - well it would be nice, and hopeful, but never been stated as a target market as such by the company, and again...even if they did secure some sort of deal with the NHS, where`s the production capability to cover it, you`ve got to be able to produce large amounts to cover these dream deals otherwise the words `shoot` and `foot` spring to mind...and they`ve just sent their own machine packing back to Spain!

Its all just getting a bit too ludicrous this weekend, trying to run before we can walk. The potential is there, definitely, but lets see some confirmation of being able to produce these masks in their millions before we start counting our chickens.
Read the words in the latest RNS`s by RMS/NNN before getting too carried away.

maidit, have you actually read my posts on ADVFN, I`ve just spent the last few days slaughtering those wnkrs who called the sp to go down to 0.2p, and they are claiming I`m some sort of scammer...hilarious!
I was the one saying the fat lady hasn`t sung and that the sp was way oversold a week ago.
If you think I`ve sold out then you are as confused and deluded as the clowns over there.
I like to have a balanced view and discussion about my stocks, and have been known to post negative views on stocks I hold, have a look at my posts on DVRG recently, I have been taking profits but still hold some of them.
It pays to look at all angles, including the psychology of the masses ie how the market reacts, and I was genuinely surprised at how the market reacted here yesterday because no details of any deals, apart from the delayed 350k shipment, were forthcoming.

Using the word `enthusiasm` can be taken in different ways, it can be that the company is delighted that VKE is as enthusiastic as they are, but can also be taken by some as the company is being `supportive` of VKE in the same way a parent would encourage their child on sports day, knowing that they don`t really have a strong chance of winning anything.
I`m not saying that deals won`t be coming, I was hoping for a deal being struck for a shipment of 1m masks per month or similar, but I do get the impression after the delay in the first shipment, that NNN are not yet in a position to provide that level of quantity via Voltz, otherwise why aren`t they already in India?

Today was a bit of a surprise to me.
I had to go out so was away from my computer when the RNS landed. I posted earlier in the day that the company would need to clarify/confirm/deny the speculation on social media about the £17m revenues comment, which they did.
When I did get back home I looked at Investigate to see if there had been any RNS`s.
When I read the RNS I thought `oh no`, not another negative announcement by the board. It stated that it was aware of the comment by VKE that they consider that such a partnership could generate revenues over £17m.
But went on to say...Following the recent launch of the product in India, the Company is looking to make delivery of 250,000 masks in the next few weeks, with the remainder of the initial order to follow.
That was the `oh no` moment for me, I thought that the initial 350,000 would have already been shipped!
So before I actually checked in on the price I had already prepared myself for the sp to be back down to 0.8p again after the brief test of the 1p level.
Low and behold it was at 1.18p!! I couldn`t believe my eyes.

I hold these in my SIPP and my ISA so I wasn`t disappointed, just surprised at the reaction, because the RNS went on to say `These masks will, in part, be distributed to interested parties in India, with whom VKE have been in discussions, to help establish the level of demand and timeframes for future orders.`
So I watched the share price and live trades going through like a shytehouse spider for the rest of the session to see if I could work out why the market had reacted so favourably.
Firstly I think that the share price was already way oversold, in typical AIM stock rollercoaster style, and the FOMO concept was kicking in.
But secondly, I also think that this maybe one of those mini spikes, and that the 1.2p level was too good an opportunity for some to take profits, with all the social media hype about the `possibility` that there `could` be some big orders down the line.
It looks like all depends on the appointment of the new CEO to keep the feelgood factor going, but if they don`t announce first thing on Tuesday, or the new CEO is an unknown then it may be an opportunity to grab some more nearer to the 1p mark...which I will gladly take.

Jimmy, the reason our competitors have half the head count is not because they are more efficient, but because they are half as advanced.
Bids could have signed many more deals along the way but wanted to remain neutral and build from there so that they are available to all comers, not limited to exclusivity deals.

I suppose I am being a little pedantic, technically, but I know what you`re saying, it held on to the vast majority of the rise which is fine by me.

mannnan, a closing price is regarded as the mid price, not the buy price as shown on the lse spread. The highest price paid during the day was 1.2p, the close as far as you read it would be 1.175...if you split the spread according to lse data.
But the UT trade after the end of day auction was 1.136p, and the final delayed trade was also at 1.136p (17:06)....a 1.3m sell.
Technically, the official closing price across all platforms is 1.136p, as it is on lse.

mannnan, the day high was 1.2p, the close was 1.136p

The trade at 1.136p was a UT, so the result of the auction which I believe can be taken as the closing price.

The interims will be for the period up to 30th June, its the forward looking statement that a lot of people will be keen to read.
Jimmy, curious that you would consider jumping back in after the results but not for the long term, when the company is much more developed than it was when you were haunted by getting stung in the past.
Surely with the technical progress made it would be now that would be a much more attractive time to get back in, specially at this low price, and with £10m in the bank to develop the company further.

NNN will be well aware of the interview by ABP News, they will also be aware of the social media comments that have followed it noting the conclusions that have been drawn regarding articles by players who are involved in this partnership.

If the £17m revenues statement were untrue then the company would be required to correct it.
They haven`t said its not true.
