You`re getting a bit desperate now micky, I can`t help thinking that you`re now asking yourself whether you jumped too soon, with all the big buys going through...another 300k in the last 10 mins, and 12p being paid again.
We all know that if the price did go down to 10p you would pile back in and then start ramping.

Wow, plenty of large buys going through, 100k 300k and 100k just in the last 20 mins!
At least the market can see the potential with the massive volume on the breakout this week.

Well a manufacturing machine that wouldn`t last at least 5 years wouldn`t be worth building...would it?
Anyway, this isn`t a gizmo producing machine, its an automated programmatic self service advertising platform, and once its built the capacity to churn revenue will be a 24/7/365 money making machine.

Spending money on building the platform over the last couple of years was not free, neither was the wages and company costs, but once its all built out end to end those platform building costs won`t be repeated, or at least should be a lot less in maintenance or upgrades.
Its like building a manufacturing machine, once its built you don`t then need to build it again, just keep it oiled.

I think you need to add a little word called `sentiment` and a market psychological aspect called `greed` and the FOMO in to your calculations.

If the results beat expectations of f/y £1.5m, which is now expected, and they say that growth is here to stay with xyz new games or agreements then the market will take that as a strong trading update and the sp will rise, potentially very well.

Not everyone goes through the results of companies with a fine tooth comb looking for a forensic reason not to buy, and prefer to consider whether the market reaction of participants is likely to be of positive sentiment or negative!

This isn`t a supermarket or large retailer.

calamari, you may not have been following the story here as close, and for as long, as some. But I made the point about JD not wanting to sell out too early thinking that others had seen the podcasts or interviews when he was asked about this.
He didn`t say he would want to avoid being taken out because he wanted to wait longer to get a better offer, he made a point of saying he didn`t want Bidstack, and Bidstack`s name to just be swallowed up by some big money monster never to be remembered.
He obviously wants to hold on to his baby as long as possible, or at least its name, so that his legacy is always rubber stamped on the net new ad category of native programmatic IGA.

Yes its an intriguing one tredcareful, the fact that JD said they were `considering a number of new commercial opportunities`...does that mean they have been approached with some sort of offer, or does it mean they have hatched a new cunning plan which they think might go down well with big tech companies.
When I say `offer` I mean maybe a collaboration or joint venture of some sort not necessarily directly linked to IGA.

It was a bit odd that Bidstack were quite happy to tweet the summary quote from the exchangewire article, not retweet, or like, but tweet themselves about likely becoming an acquisition target, or SPAC target when James D has always said he would be against just selling out too early.

Interesting times for Bids shareholders as I firmly believe that 2021 will be transformative for the share price, and I also think that this recent rise is just the market waking up to the real potential, rather than the hype and potential driving the rise of early/mid 2019, and that its not an orchestrated pump and dump by the Twitterati et al.

And this was part of the trading update on 17th Dec when James Draper CEO commented...

Could be some very exciting discussions going on behind the scenes with very strong interest by some large players in the space, maybe this is why there`s been such heightened interest in the shares since the new year started.

Ok lets turn that one around, he is not known for excessive drinking and is healthy enough, and young enough to get over Covid even if he did get it.

I might aswell suggest what about he wins £10m on the lottery and decides to lend Bidstack £5m at no interest!!!

Like I said before, personally I couldn`t give two shiny shytes whether he`s buying or not, all I want to see is the continued buying by the open market participants now that they are waking up to the enormous potential here.

Bound to be some selling in to this recent strong move but safe to say I think we are now trading in a new range.

Chancers, well he`s just made you a bagger, so why do you continue to bellyache about others losing their money in the past. I was buying, or shall we say, not selling because of the early ramping, and over exuberance in the interviews with that v.o.x ramper Justin whatever his name was, but I didn`t go in to meltdown when the price was falling back. I held my position because I believed that I was on to an eventual winner...and now I`m in profit because I added to bring down my average.
You keep attacking JD but he is the reason this company is now making money.
Do you remember a couple of years ago, when he and a small team of techies went to the CES show in Las Vegas, they had 20 meetings arranged, and ended up having 50! Everybody wanted to hear what James Draper and the team had to say about Bidstack, and the vision of the future in in-game advertising.

Then, its because of the meetings and JD`s character that he was able to convince top class AAA experts to get involved and become part of the Bidstack journey because they could see his vision.....and so the advisory committee started to form.
You should give him a lot more credit for what he has built, the vision, the tech, and the team.

You and your pathetic little crusade of `yeah but my mate lost money` bs is sounding more ridiculous the more you keep dredging it up...get real!

This is the AIM market, its risky, and many many thousands of `punters` have fallen foul of its pitfalls, but if you do your research, find a diamond in the rough, stick with your convictions, and follow the progress, you can be well rewarded.

Thats what I`ve done, and am very comfortable with the current state of play.
