Poor old Helx must be bored out of his skull, because every day for the last 18 months+ he`s had a reason to get out of bed...to sl*g, hammer and slate JD and Bidstack from every conceivable angle, as well as quite a few unconceivable ones!

All the while keeping up the charade of being a shareholder!
If he was a shareholder its funny how he`s not on here every day now pumping the Bids potential after the positive update...and the 100% rise in the share price over a couple of weeks......strange!

That is..strange if you believe his story, which personally I never did so its not really strange to me....just odd behaviour if you even consider believing that he himself believed his own words!

Price holding up well for the detailed update, which shouldn`t be too long, days or weeks rather than months you would think.
I`m sure the bashing crew can`t wait to scrutinise every last dot and comma for a new conceivable angle.

Yes, that was why I kept digging. Having bought 55m at 1p they would have had to sell the lot at 2p to make £500k profit.
It was always going to be higher than that with them selling large amounts recently with the sp up over 4p.

The original position was 22.4% on the completion of the subscription, not sure if they`ve been diluted since.

Maybe it was an issue for a potential JV partner that they didn`t want a third party shareholder to have so many voting rights in the future????

I know if I held 8% of ECR now with everything thats happened I wouldn`t be looking to give up the whole lot up, maybe sell 25% but not the lot.
So maybe the delay has been negotiating Shen`s departure!

I think they got more than that TS, the subscription they entered in to was for c55m shares at 1p each, raising £550k for ECR.

Could be a significant reason for them getting out.... ie we don`t need their machinery anymore!!

It is the best outcome if you have a short term view and a low ball target for the sp.

Personally I`d like them to continue as they are if they`re growing revenues exponentially, for at least another 12 months, I haven`t held for almost 2 years watching this building process to have it all taken away for less than, say...£1.50 or £2.00.

This has been an investment, but also a great journey with the potential to be a unicorn, and an offer of c75p or so would be a big disappointment as far as I`m concerned, and not what JD had in mind either.

If I remember James D said before that he didn`t want to be tied to any one Publisher or Ad Agency, Like Anzu`s tie up with WPP.
He specifically stated that he wanted Bids to remain `neutral` in this respect so as to keep all options open.

In Aug `19 Bids signed contracts with two top 10 global demand side platforms, AppNexus and The Trade Desk.

In the Traded Desk RNS JD said.....This new contract with The Trade Desk will make Bidstack's inventory even more accessible to any advertisers globally.

I would presume he doesn`t want Bidstack to be limited to any one publisher either, or sell out to only one.

Happy to have my thoughts fine tuned on this front as I`m too old to be a techie wizard in digital terms.

Did they just drop the price to accommodate that 1.925m buy?
£231k...no small beans, maybe an institution taking a position...or adding to one.

Maybe, my guess is after the close or first thing Monday.
I don`t think the `have` to say the lorry has arrived even though we all know it has. The market goes by the last update, which said it would arrive on the 8th at the earliest, so now that is a given....now that they haven`t released an update saying it was delayed, or damaged etc.
Sometimes the market reads between the lines of what a company isn`t saying, as well as what they are saying.
Monday would be better saying it has been commissioned.

Done my research on them before and don`t have the same product, RMS have a copper based nano particle membrane which they will be producing 2m masks a week as soon as the machine is commissioned, probably from next week.
Nobody else have got the same product.

Thats my last reference to them on here, and yes I do own very recently bought shares in them.

But I take your point that Bids has not issued a speeding ticket with the sp rise here being good news, and can be explained by the trading update statement.

Shenanigans going on over there by the BOD if you know the story, they issued that RNS shortly after the pictures on social media showed the lorry delivering the virus killing mask machine to Nottingham went out.
The RNS should have been to say it had arrived, so can only conclude that the BOD were desperate to keep a lid on the sp...for whatever reasons!

The sp was rising because shareholders were told earlier in the week that the machine had been loaded on the lorry in Spain and was now en route to Biocity in Notts and estimated to arrive on the 8th, tomorrow, at the earliest....but an eagle eyed shareholder posted a picture of it already arriving, same lorry as the pic showing it leaving Spain, same reg number!

Somebody thinks its a good time by the looks of the 5m buy just gone through...£177.5k!

And another 150k @12p!
