helx, 3369 posts and counting....EVERY SINGLE ONE on Bidstack, even though you claim to hold `75`, or whatever the latest number is, other shares and funds! Liar.
So to your point,
7th May 2019 - Bids raise £5m via a placing at 12.5p after the `rumour` of a placing was released on social media, probably by one of your cohorts.
Exactly one calendar month later the share price was as high as 42p!
5th June 2020 - Bids raise another £5m @4p via placing which was significantly oversubscribed and applicants had to be scaled back. Supported by Directors as well as the Institutional support.
A month later the sp had gained 25%, and another month after that the sp had doubled from the placing price to 8p.
Nobody but those sitting in the board room know 100% what the financial situation is at present re income, or anticipated income, since they have again reiterated that the `material` rise in revenues compared to last year, and will continue to be significantly second half weighted.
The end of H1 is in 8 weeks, so a blink of an eye when you consider that xmas was 4 months ago!
So the 2019 raise was in May, the 2020 raise was in June, so it would follow the pattern if they raised this year in July.
But here`s the difference this year, they`re making money now where they weren`t at the time of the previous placings, £1.7m in 2020 from £275k in 2019, so if they do need to go ahead in July guess how oversubscribed it`ll be this time as they really gear up for exponential growth.
My last sentence wasn`t just a throw away nonsensical comment, like most of yours, it was a common sense calculated and reasonable statement which would just follow the previous pattern after the last placings.
Now, the development of the network is taking shape 12 months further on, with plenty of evidence over the last couple of years that its gaining a lot of traction, and therefore income.
ps. why are almost every one of your posts less than one sentence long?
