Stifel said in their updated note that forecasting revenues for Bidstack is high risk because of the unknowns...ie regulatory progress...dates of game launches.
They forecast revs of £1.5m last year and it ended up being £1.7m, so I wouldn`t be surprised if it ended up being £5m - £6m this year because of the more advanced development of the network and previous proven successful campaigns.
`As set out in the Annual Report and Accounts, the Board expects that revenues for 2021, while materially greater than 2020, will continue to be significantly second half weighted.`

Jeez, anybody would think that Bidstack don`t make any money at all the way all you bellyachers are blowing off.
The FACT is that their revenues increased `significantly` between y/e 2019 and y/e 2020.....£140k vs £1.7m! They did say that was going to be the case, mostly second half weighted.
This year they are saying exactly the same, revenues `materially` higher than 2020, and significantly second half weighted.
So most of the £4m expected revenues will be made in the half year commencing in 5 weeks time.

Most people who bellyache about their stocks not performing just bought in too high.....they timed it wrong by not doing their due diligence and then spent too much time convincing themselves, and everyone else that it was someone elses fault!!

This is the AIM market, its well known that it carries higher risk than the main market...although I could give some good examples of big losses on the main market, but thats another discussion.
Higher risk usually carries higher rewards, thats the deal on AIM, but it also means that companies like Bids need to raise funds to operate on before they start making enough money to grow on their own. The clues were there, being that they described themselves as developing a `net new` ad category! They were trailblazing from the start, building an in-game automated programmatic network..a NEW subcategory of advertising within gaming....HELLO!!! It was always going to take time.

Jimmy, this largely anticipated upcoming fundraise is priced in to the current share price. All the timid bedwetters and fragile NON risk players are holding off from investing because they are frightened of their shadows and being scared off by the usual suspects.
But the smart players are building positions at these birthday cake prices because they can see in to the future. Its not a secret that the gaming industry is adopting in-game advertising more and more to increase its income, its a win, win, win all round!
Yes, Bidstack will need to convince the investing community that they have the cogs to turn the wheels, and that will come by way of further funding...I have no doubt of that.
They`ve come too far in their development for them not to be a big player....a trailblazing player, so investors will come on board.
Bidstack have adopted the long term approach in being the `go to` advertising platform, which is why so many AAA experts have decided to come on board in their various positions.
This isn`t a get rich quick scheme...its a get `very` rich long play.

Assembling such a rich vein of AAA talent, expertise, experience, technical wizards and global business leaders has to be James Draper`s biggest achievement so far....most recently Katherine Hays as a Strategic Advisor last month.
She Co-founded Massive Inc which was acquired by Microsoft in 2006 as the first In-Game advertising platform, they paid $300m for it but had to close it down a few years later...because it was too early and the market wasn`t ready...but it is now!
The Advisory Committee are payed in share options, not salaries.

The Board members that are paid in salaries won`t come cheap...but you can`t build a Rolls Royce with horse and cart mechanics.

If you`re a long term holder, like me, you`ll do well from here, even the ones with a much higher buy in price.
This project is not like building a normal business, with normal overheads, supply chains, border issues and the like.
Its more like building a landscape, with all the interconnecting networks, along with the regulations, approvals and legal boxes to tick in order to tick off the milestones along the way.
The journey is well underway, the broad picture is painted, and it sounds very much like Bidstack are gearing up for the next phase of the building process.....the lucrative phase!

Fascinating interview, and more of an insight in to the whole process of getting the masks to market, over the hurdles and through the hoops, to the point where the Company is now receiving offer(s) from around the world to manufacture the masks. So sales at scale will be able to meet demand.
Also I like the sound of...`we can`t give away too much but we`re in development stages...we`re working with one of the worlds leading air filtration companies`......`if you look where filters are, they`re not just in office blocks, we have them in cars as well, public transport, aeroplanes, even vacuum cleaners`!

He sounded calmly excited about the potential for the nano material, with almost unlimited application potential.

They did a positive update, including the established arrangement with Voltz covering any large orders, then the Business Dev Exec advert mentioning the `selling across Europe and India`, then the optimistic interview with Executive Chairman Anthony Legge giving some insight in to future product ideas....now an expected interview on the Sunday Roast with Gareth Cave.
All these bits of PR and info has driven buyers to want in because the sp was oversold considering the potential.
If you`re holding for the more juicy announcements, like me, then poor yourself a nice end of week beer, or whatever, take a seat somewhere with a nice view if possible...and relax!
If you`re in for a short term quick buck and your weekend depends on it, get yourself a nice glass of milk ready, and some paracetamols, and go to bed.

The future of this company is not in the duldrums, they`ve got plenty of money to be getting on with, and its share price is way too low in the circumstances.

If you watch the interview on YouTube it has a line in the description box below that says....
