suspended twice before, I had no idea clearly they have had and are still having big issues, well played you wish you well, I still do not understand what is so good about the fundamentals people talk about it's such a vague word, personally I think there have to be better opportunities out there as if suspended again then it could take months or longer coupled with likely price drop even further, the only peeps making money now I can see in this share are the day traders.

What are the fundamentals you are talking about? The way I see it they have a a mater of days to reach an agreement or the share will be suspended, then everyone is stuck who holds a position until suspension is lifted if it is lifted!

I would only punt this stock which the thought of loosing all the cash.

Has anyone emailed to ask Clive to ask about the dividend or when they intend to release an ops update? they have historically at times issued and ops update after announcing the year end accounts so we could get another RNS in the next few weeks if we don't then a buyout is looking likely, they could well be in the process of thrashing out a deal currently.

As some have said no bad news so impossible to know what the heck is happening, Hopefully we will have some clarity on the situation by the end of June latest.

The sp might slip further due to delay, this would be expected, however reality is both side want this deal to happen so is very unlikely it won't, once the bureaucracy has been resolve this always takes longer than expected. There is a lot of unnecessary noise on this board that is irrelevant. Make your on minds up after DYOR

Briefly reading some of these peeps posts, if you have concerns with this share, it would be best not to invest in this stock, if you are invested in it then best to sell if causing you anxiety.

If you are not invested in this share then you have now made your positions clear, I see little point in you all continuing to post on here given the above coupled with I am sure there is a better way one can spend time unless you are Oscar Nosher on ADVFN.

Would make sense if there was bad news to dump that today in an RNS what with the BH on Monday so my thoughts are we are looking good for an excellent RNS on Wednesday when we ought to be back in the .08-.09 region.

Yes of course it can Burnley, however to do that means going back and forth to all parties and agree a new date, given that the time frame is short there is no point, also when they agreed the long stop of 31st May all the admin bank & legal work etc would have been set with this date in mind so why change it to an earlier date when we are talking a matter of a few days

The extension for the new agreed long stop for completion funds to arrive is below, it clearly states that the deadline is 31st May, so my understanding is that completion will take place on the 31st May as this has been agreed already, to change this date to an earlier date involves more admin and consent by both parties so never expected it to complete prior to the announced date. If they need an extension which in my view is becoming less likely they would have until Tuesday next week to announce it to the market. so no news is good news as that means on Wednesday they will have the funding in place.

It is common for the MM's to drop prices to hit stop loss positions or to force peeps to sell if they have spread bet positions, this causes a mild panic with some investors, IMV if there is a delay in the funds arriving before they stated in there last RNS they would let the market know well beforehand.
