As much as I like to believe that, imv it will all depend on news flow and no delays going forward, from experience when dealing on Aim one can be surprised of movement in either direction for no particular or logical reason, no doubt that the MM’s do like to shake the tree to hit stop losses.

The exercise of options for the company directors has increased the amount of shares in issue so current Market cap will drop so will the price.

My mistake you are correct, they need to transfer the licenses.

Asher agreed I don’t buy into broker notes either waste of time in my view as have stated numerous times over the years in various blue stocks and they all get it wrong. However I do think it is still speculative stock until we have got the asset out of the ground and cash in the bank from selling it in a cost effective on going basis, clearly being a start up it is just on that front speculative.

Might be worth you looking at the broker notes which state Kod is a speculative buy the one released today for instance.

FWTW we are talking about KOD not Hainan.

Personally once licenses are in then it is derisked, any fund manager won’t touch advise clients until it is completely derisked they can’t as duty of care to Clients. It is still a speculative buy, hopefully not for much longer.

New highs lightly to be hit only with further good material news or production starting, so imv at some point next year, some selling off tomorrow is lightly for the early bird peeps to derisk which is no bad thing then price will settle on a new range and trade subject to further good or bad news this is normal as a churn of stock is needed to progress. I do think that a run could happen tomorrow as more investors take a position as we are mostly derisked outside the licenses being granted. This is a top slice opportunity or a lot of people. There are numerous investors who really don’t want as much as lots do on this board to be tied into aim stock for long periods they are a nightmare if you can’t get out.

They had to issue this statement today as more new shares on the register from tomorrow so needed to release this today to comply with regulations before trading starts 8am tomorrow. all things considered likely to be an increase in share price tomorrow.

I believe that they are still outstanding some items from the Mali government, however they stated that they would press on with the funding as the outstanding items are in hand that that they will be forthcoming shortly, I do agree with your point about all the i's dotted and t's crossed before the fund mangers get involved.

Good to see the positive resource update, well done KOD, i do wonder why if the cash is coming tomorrow on its provisional due date why they didn’t just release both the resources & cash landing in the same RNS and save a few quid on RNS announcements? Could this be due to a further extension being Announced so to bring back some confidence to the sp from all the extensions they have had, I would like to think that it is because they material news which affects the market price although with AIM most companies ignore this. Here’s hoping we get another RNS at some point tomorrow.

On Kod which you kindly recommended have accumulated millions from .002 to .004p so will be chopping some/ all of these out shortly would like to see .009+ see how it goes to the 15th when the Wonga is meant to arrive.

Looking tasty for further up lift interesting it closed today on previous resistance level of .0069 ) which was last peak before fall back) next stop to break daily resistance level of .0075 ( think todays high) then run on, there will be at some point a pull back and consolidate pending further news before either a breakout or retrace subject to an RNS. This likely in my view to happen once the wonga has arrived.

if the price hoovers around this price for a day or two once it breaks out from here .0069 will become support.

Worth noting as we get to the 15th there will be some profit taking and also possible consolidation which at some point is needed for the churn of the stock.
