There will be various country regulations especially given its coming from a Chinese company for this transfer of cash to be satisfied prior, this will take up to two weeks if not a little longer, not that this will be an issue just box ticking exercise, so not as straight forward as an interbank transfer otherwise they would have already transferred the funds.

Basically the license is legal undertaking that it will happen so the deal can progress on the basis that the undertaking is already guaranteed will happen but there will be a delay in it being registered formally this is not an unusual in business.

Almost all Mining shares historically do have set backs missed time frames issues the unexpected etc, as we have seen here, my view Kod will steadily rise to funds landing if they do on by the 15th then spike once funds arrive likely be some downward pressure after that, when price will settle into new trading zone with further breakouts from the trading zone subject to good or bad news, shares never go up in a straight line for long periods. Never get emotional about a share!

Not to put a damper on it, think Kod will do well however aim is the pump and dump market, being clever one can make a fortune, best to have a trading strategy or an out price and stick with it, rarely does one get out at the top of the market price… profit is profit.
