RE: Why split?6 May 2023 16:31
Ford well considered response - payment Mosman received from GE was only minimal and yes it was a pump and dump but did go up 300% all but for a short period.
GE have struggled for funding but there is more than one way to market - RTO would be more thoughts if no immediate news on funding. Always easier to raise once listed with a shareholder base already involved.
The frustration with last Thursday's rns was it was built up. Not by bloggers but by JB across two interviews " dozens of approaches" and "I think shareholders will be happy". Then an rns with no firms details, ambiguity, the word raise, no JV (even of you did not expect it the market and including myself did) no information on how shareholders will benefit from a separate listing and your left with a 15% drop in share price and a feeling of deflation.
On hindsight it would have been better not to have released that rns until clear direction to the benefits of shareholders could be clearly spelt out, because no one know's whether this will become good news or not.
Just unknowns and the market reacts adversely to unknowns. We are under valued and all want to be benefit from the next round of actions, please explain clearly what's in it for me as a shareholder.
In addition to the forward work programme obligations set out above, Mosman will receive an immediate contribution of A$15,000 from the Farminee in consideration for past costs and a further A$15,000 following completion of the required seismic re-processing work.
