Will Zenith be attending?

Harsh but true huge salary, delivers nothing but share price decline. No oil lifts, no communication.

I to averaged down 1p holding 6.8 million at huge loss and no one's answers emails.

No UK Broker or PR or communication. I want to be proved wrong, but there is a couple of trades a week and I do not see Benin or Yemen happening.

Does anyone who the UK broker or how to obtain the information as it is not RNS. The website is out of date, the company does not respond and Blytheray the PR company mentioned on RNS have not worked with Zenith for several months.

Below taken from April 22 RNS. The reference to a second oil lift in June 22 was never rns. Over a year since confirmation of any oil lifts.

Zenith Energy Ltd. ("Zenith" or the "Company") (LSE: ZEN; OSE: ZENA), the listed international energy production and development company, is pleased to announce that an international crude lifting of approximately 62,000 barrels of oil has successfully been concluded at a price of approximately US$103 per barrel for production from its 45% interest in the Ezzaouia concession, as well its 100% interest in the El Bibane and Robbana concessions.

Total receivables from the sale are expected to be approximately US$6.4 million and are to be paid during the month of May 2022.

A second international crude lifting for a quantity of at least approximately 52,000 barrels of oil produced from the Company's 22.5% working interest in the Sidi El Kilani concession (onshore Tunisia) is expected to take place in June 2022.

The opportunity

The basic premise of any business is to create shareholder value. We are still to see this.

It is clear to the Board of Mosman that the value of both groups of assets in its portfolio is not reflected in the market capitalisation of Mosman. The opportunity is to determine the best way forward to maximise the value of these assets for Mosman and its shareholders.

FF would let you know he is a happy investor - 99% share price depreciation, but would welcome further depreciation because JB can do know wrong. Yes he responds to emails to his credit but business making decisions with Mosman?

Zenith and the PR company never respond to any emails.

There has been no update on Yemen for over 4 months, nothing on Tunisia, no communication explaining why Rob 3 was not drilled in November.

Presently there is no known value - a non binding agreement to buy Helium if found sometime in the value , has zero current benefit to shareholders and the share price.

I want to understand "This is good news for shareholders" what is it, floating Helium assets off in an IPO without free shares is not good news.
