Central Petroleum has reached agreement to work towards the construction of a helium recovery unit (HRU) at its Mereenie gas field in the Northern Territory. If the project proceeds, the proposed Mereenie plant would be Australia’s sole source of domestically-produced helium once the Darwin LNG plant closes later this year. The helium market is very strong, with this important commodity in short supply worldwide, and the Mereenie HRU has the potential to provide Australia with a critical strategic resource.

Successful production of helium at Mereenie will also demonstrate the potential of the Amadeus Basin as a world-class helium resource, where Central has a material position in several large sub-salt prospects where relatively high helium content has previously been measured.

Whilst your reply is very articulate. Are you a share holder because it sounds like your not?

The AIM regulator is investigating John Barr already for misinforming shareholders via social media. Whether anything comes from it, is another matter. Yes he should be made to resign because he is not trusted, respected or trustworthy? He has overseen a share price decline of 99.9% and today a new low.

He has taken millions from Mosman in consultancy fees, whilst raise after raise, dilution after dilution.

Australian law means JB needs to be re-elected at an AGM every 2 years. His removal would have an instant positive impact on the share price.

Mosman has great Helium assets whilst having the worst BOD on AIM and there are plenty of bad one's.

On behalf of shareholders, I am contacting you regarding the ongoing poor performance of Mosman and the future under current leadership.

You are clearly a proud man and Mosman is your baby having established it Mosman in 2014. The results sadly don’t lie, a share price drop of 99.9%, raise after raise, no director investment in the open market for over 4 years. Drill after drill is going to be game changing, alas not.

No Helium joint ventures, no IPO details and funding even more unlikely, given no ROI for shareholders. 12 months on Cinnabar is the same as previous failures. After 9 years back to 65 BOPED for the last quarter.

It takes a very proud man to take a step back and acknowledge to yourself I have taken this as far as I can. For Mosman’s shareprice to improve it needs someone leading the company not associated with previous poor performance.

All great leaders of countries and sporting clubs are accountable and have to step aside eventually.

Please do the right thing for shareholders and seriously considering stepping aside and appoint David Minchin in temporary charge.

Avoid further damage that an EGM will cause and RNS your immediate resignation.

If everybody could email me directly and advise privately their current number of shares this would be a good starting point.

I don't know potential replacements, but 250k for part time consultancy there would be plenty of applicants.

Nobody could do a worse job and squander money like JB and then think he has done nothing wrong.

And yet the share price has not moved

By the end of the year Mosman AGM is due it may be called earlier to vote on potential IPO.

JB is up for re-election for another two years, who will actually vote and seek his removal?

I hold Just under 3% and encourage all genuine shareholders to stop this continual lifestyle that bled the company dry.

Is David Minchin a viable option?

What has he been doing since March no details on his remit or output.

Here's the half full glass scenario. GE should have IPO nearly two years ago. The latest is one investor is close to finalising terms for a £5 million funding enough for drill 1. In September they will give PI's two weeks to invest. If they raise say another 1 to 2 million. With clns warrants plus investors warrants at 4p this would be close to be fully funded for drill renter into EP155 - drill 2.

Then you have Mosnan EP145 IPO vote - will be September. Cinnabar three drill programme results in September?

Every dog has its day, 9 years of free fall there must a catalyst for a spark from here.

Lets hope he is made to resign for misinformation and destroying the company. Best place is a retirement home.
