After today we don't know how we will benefit as investors, lot's of unknowns and market and investors hate unknowns

Peak Helium has JV with 20 million each max per 2 drills, same hotbed Central Australia.

Why is Mosman struggling to agree good terms? Offtake agreement is the last think I was expecting, worthless without drilling funding and finding Helium

All if's and may be, no substance no rns communication.

Just last weeks very poor interview alluding to nothing.

Ford always the opposite view - please explain what was misread. So market expectation was an offtake agreement was it?
Hence why it is down 6%.

GE have an offtake agreement, still struggling to complete funding. So there offtake agreement is worthless
1. Without funding
2. Without a successful drill to find Helium

After todays announcement Mosman are in the same boat - needing funding and hoping to drill and find Helium.

Please share your pearls of wisdom what your expectation was then?

There was excitement raised by two interviews - dozens of approaches and this will be good news for shareholders.

Market expectation was for a JV, not two companies willing to buy Helium if they find any?
It's like saying if you go and fill my car up and I will pay for the petrol.

Hoping for better further news, as this has left the market a deflated balloon without Helium.

GE has not been kicked out they are still in contract with Mosman, taking to long to IPO though?

I note investors scrambling to load up on this Benin cert. Now 23 days after exclusive clause removed.

The communication is not good. Still no update on Tunisia. New update why Rob3 did not happen. No quarterly oil production figures. Even the monthly Italian revenue figures have stopped as gas prices have dropped with it revenue.

Silence often is never golden. Conga case in point. The longer it takes the worse I fear. Share price at it recent lows half since Yemen and Benin deals announced.

IMHO I have taken a mixed approach as the best way, it's cheaper with an off take agreement as minor players neither HE1 or Georgina Energy have the funds to develop the infrastructure upon a Helium discovery.

Better to have offtake agreement. What are your thoughts?
