Could we be about to see a JV for Mosman and Georgina Energy upon float?

GE was backed from the start by a group of Singapore investors, likewise Peak Helium is a Singapore backed company. They claim to be under 5 Helium acquisition deal discussions in addition to a 100% owned license at EP134.

In Feb 2022 Peak Helium agreed a JV with Central Petroleum and Santos for 3 licences as detailed below:

In the public domain there is currently no mention of the other two license discussions, could these be EP145 and EP155?

As of Jan 31 2023 it's farm in and drilling in 2023 has been delayed by Northern Territory Government approvals.

With Mosman's recent approval this should now move forward and should be a hot bed of activity.

What are the timelines on the gas workover? Has it been tested and not worked?

The workovers were mentioned last October. Things are never delivered in a timely manner?

IMHO GE float and buzz will have biggest impact.

When Helium One floated it 11 bagged in 6 months. Market cap 45 million. Mosman 3.6 million.

If you take another look the previous holding is made up of 2 parts added together to be previously 9.88.

As Cantor have not released a Tr1 since June 2022 even with increased share circulation from Oct 22. Hopefully they are now out.

On announcement in May 2020 Mosman share price went from 0.045 to 0.15 doing over 300% in hours.

The float can only be positive to Mosman and the catalyst needed to ignite the share price. I can't see how it would have a negative impact?

Cln holders about 10% of 8.5 million float are not tied in. Therefore free float is about 40%.

My understanding is any loans will be converted to shares are part of the 8.5 million IPO price . Seed investors tied in for 6 months, directors 2 years. At float there are 2 for 1 warrants exercisable at 4p. When HE One floated the share price 11 bagged in 6 months. Current valuation 48 million, Mosman 3 million, GE 8.5 million do your own research, I am invested in both GE and Mosman.

Unless a future drill can be self funded, raise debt or any raise is above 0.012 mark, then it should not happen until it meets the afore mentioned criteria.

Any business should be run to make a return for its shareholders not to pay salaries and dilute investors to zero .

It won't happen but if a rns after workover said at the increased daily run rate we will be in a position to fund x dollars by June this would stabilise.

Otherwise it will be same old we are so happy with the results we are going to dilute shareholders.

The board have recovered their losses on shares many times over through consultancy fees. Any board is accountable to its shareholders take note and provide insight has how you are going provide a return for investors, which after 99% share price dilution has never happened.
