Honestly, and I do mean honestly, the casino aspect is quite unbelievable, as long as you make the most of the program.

I drummed onto Welshcowboy, Delboy and OJ for the whole cruise we were on together, and now via WhatsApp.

Delboy has done exceptionally well by maximising his, and his wife's profiles.

OJ and Mrs OJ are now Diamond level, so get 4 free drinks a day anywhere whilst the casino is closed as well.

Delboy gets free wifi now.

All of them get free cruises.

It is a very very hard thing to get your head around, gambling in a casino with the logic of spending x amount which would then provide benefits in the future..... Yes, you do realistically need $3,000 to $4,000 to start with to make the most of the future, but then in essence you'll get several future free cruises out of that initial spend, and that's only if you lose. If you win, then obviously it becomes free free free.

I'm going to be on Liberty of the Seas on the following dates...

7th - 12th June - 5 nights

21st - 26th June - 5 nights

2nd - 7th August - 5 nights

31st August to 9th Sept - 9 nights

9th Sept - 18th Sept - 9 nights

Feel free to jump on anyone of those cruises, and I will happily spend time sharing the ins and outs of the program that I have learnt.

It literally is an old phone book size document, and honestly, it's irrelevant for normal people.

If you own hundreds of thousands of shares and have shares in trusts etc etc etc I'm sure that there must be some form of tax changes that relate to this move, but I'm assuming you own a normal amount, i.e. 100 to a few thousand, and therefore you can be proud that because you haven't received anything, you saved a tree somewhere.!

The Orange man has suddenly said he won't bomb the energy infrastructure because the rest of the ME said "are you mad or what"... so now he's made this up to save face.... that doesn't stop the rest of the bombings, and doesn't stop the ships being stranded with oil prices and energy shocks which will now take months to resolve even if everything stops completely today...... and Israel haven't stopped bombing either.

So no peace, no benefits, apart from his mates making a killing on the jump and then the massive sell in a day or so.

What I don't get is they can simply sail it the other way around and get it to the Med that way.

Unfortunately the minor amount of ships that go to the Middle East is nothing now compared to the problems we are facing with the Price of Oil, but now on top of that, finally, the Tariff charges are coming through to the US Economy, and Inflation has increased, and that is prior to the Iran war.

So we now have in essence a treble problem, all at the same time. Restricted locations, PoO and Inflation.....

I think the results will be excellent, but they will not offset the fact that Oil is now 70% higher for Cruise Lines, as well as the concern on Inflation.

The CEO will make mention to the unknown future and Geo-Political headwinds, and I believe that this will unfortunately now tank.

However, in the end, Long Term, this will still be £30 for 2026 and £35 for 2027.

All In my honest and open opinion of course.!

I'm reading their terms and conditions and nowhere can I find how they can just "Cancel" the cruise, unless it's for operational reasons.

and even then they have to give a full refund plus 20% future cruise credit as it's less than 14 days notice.

I'm assuming that it's not for operational reasons....

You need to ring Customer Services and ascertain what's the reason why they cancelled with 24 hours notice.

I cannot believe that they have done that, it is absolutely disgusting to say the least.

A Guaranteed Booking means just that, it's Guaranteed.....

WTF are they doing, and how can they justify doing what they've done.
