Overall, a good time.

Glad to be home.

Won $12,000 ish the first week.

Lost $6,000 ish the second week, but stopped gambling as wanted to walk off the ship with $6,000 of their money, which I did.

Got 15,000 points the first week, and 6,500 the second week, which is a Junior Suite, and a JS/Balcony on selected cruises.

As I have 170+ days booked this year, I won't be booking any new one's, I will just be applying the certificates to existing cruises and getting better comp's instead.

The USD $ rate is killing us currently, but in theory now with the Fed successor announced, it hopefully should get better for us.

Don't forget, they now don't need to get to pre-covid debt levels, as like for like they now have more Assets.

They increase their debt when they buy the ships, and they are buying and buying and buying them.

They do however have a high debt level compared to Royal, and Royal are also doing share buy backs now as well.

I just find it incredible currently that the US Inflation hasn't gone through the roof, I think there's a delay somewhere, or it's being pushed down because of the price of Gas (Petrol) as a huge amount of Americans judge the economy solely on that price, and not anything else.

Below $3 a gallon is good, above $3 a gallon is bad...... and I get it, as they drive massive SUVs everywhere and drive for hundreds of miles a day without thinking about it, so it's a big expense when you're driving a 15 miles to the gallon tank.

What I do know is that price of stuff to buy and the hotel costs around Miami are a lot higher than they were.!

I'm off Thursday.!!! So we will see.....

I won't be going via HA but will be via Celebrity, but the actual Antartica cruise element sounds absolutely incredible, and I can only imagine the bit about no words..... I was exactly the same after our Barcelona to Singapore trip with the Safari, but Antartica is my top two places to go, along with Galapagos Islands... which is super super expensive.

After hours it was $31.43 but volumes were minute.

The $31.85 was the price of CCL, not CUK after hours....

Although they say the pricing is the same, they didn't make it the same. There is still a slight difference.

That's a huge 58c drop.

I eventually did buy some exactly one month ago...... Unfortunately only £20k worth....... but 37% gain in a month is rather spectacular.!

Now the AI's/MM's have got their money from the tanking on travel stocks yesterday, most travel stocks now all bright green.

US Futures are down, but recovering currently.

So who knows what today will bring.!
