Crying Over.
It's purely all the AI's removing money as the Rates for Bonds have climbed, the likelihood of US rates cuts are being reduced, and Oil is 8% within a month, which will push up Inflation, which will mean the 2% target won't be reached, which will mean that Interest rates won't come down.
End 2024 - £20
End 2025 - £25
Neversell, and there I was thinking that you had loads of money............and wanted to make loads more.........so bought 35,000 shares.....
But, alas, no........ obviously you are a sensible clever investor, unlike the stupid idiot that's typing this message to you LOL
A £1.25p loss in the last 5 days.......... £62,500 wiped off....... sickening really........
WOW.
There are a crap load of Sells today
US 10 Year Rates peaked, plus Oil price up up up, doesn't help CCL at all.
35,000 shares, or £35,000 pounds worth?
Since 27th just before the results to now it's dropped 102p.
This time next year Rodney.!
That was funny.
I sold some of my TUI shares, and bought more CCL.
As I pressed the Buy button, within 10 seconds it dropped another 12p.
It's supposed to be a 22p drop, so something has happened somewhere and I can't find anything overnight.
So either it's a glitch, which as soon as the US CCL Futures open, it will tank 20p, or, maybe, it's not, and it will rise.
Who knows.!
It's only material if you are wanting to sell / trade.
Betterlife.
I literally just did exactly the same thing.!
I have no idea.
Maybe they discovered that one of their ships was full of gold and diamonds, and realised they could sell those instead.!
Betterlife.
The good news that everything else went up, so despite losing a lot on CCL with a 52p drop last week, and then another 21p drop probably upon opening, everything else went up by more.!
Imagine what's going to happen when CCL all of a sudden jumps.!
Hopefully you didn't sell IAG though, as it's started to climb.
Hopefully it will gain some legs now as well.
$16.26 close today.
So total of 31c drop since our close.
22p drop for tomorrow morning.
Looks like it's stopped moving as everyone has gone for Easter.
So $16.33
24c drop
17p drop since our close.
Lets see what happens now.!
AParky.
Just ignore.
Re the Cup aspect, there's a problem, I don't use Cups, only Mugs, does that mean that the jump can be higher.?
Bhants.
If memory serves, the US is closed Friday, but open Monday.
So we will have the whole of Monday without the UK trading, and then not until 2.30pm UK time on Tuesday because the US opens.
Next week and the week after will be fun
Also.
Just to make you feel better Betterlife........
See Analyst ratings now...
The fact that we now have 17 Buy Ratings... and a Median Price Target of $21.22, which is nearly $5 more than current, or £3.50 ish.........

Betterlife.
AI Auto-Bots do.
Look at the Buys and Sells and the volumes, 50, 5, 2, 100, 1 etc. etc.
Selling 1,000 times at 5 shares each can move the SP significantly, vs selling one trade at 5,000 shares.
But, they dump the price, then by in, with volumes, then move the price up.
Exactly the same happened in June 2023. They dumped the price by 10% ish, then increased it by 35% ish within a period of two weeks ish.
Johnnybegood.
Are you crying now?
There's crying and then there's just ignorance and abuse.
This board although has banter does not have abuse.
More than happy to shoot the breeze with you, more than happy to have a banter and a bit of fun to pass the time of day.
Unfortunately the results were as expected, and with the history of the CCL share price movement, it was obvious that there would be a good chance that exactly as I predicted would happen.
The good news, is that this will bounce heavily back upwards once they have tanked and scared everyone.
As I've said, join the banter, or don't, up to you.
Ken.
Lloyds is one of those classic shares that despite all the logic the SP is still cr*p.
Should it be double, absolutely..... Will it be double, probably not. It would probably bounce back to 30p knowing Lloyds.
The good thing about Lloyds is the Divi even at todays price, being over 5% dividend payment is a good reasonable return, assuming the SP goes up..... But, Alas, Lloyds is one of those that makes no sense
