Of course they can enter into an agreement. The lawsuit has nothing to do with Merck and the use of Nanos dots. Even if there was a bid on the table they would still be able to enter into an agreement with simple legal language allowing Merck to terminate the agreement in the event of a buyout if one or both the parties requested.
Either way. Big crash tomorrow except Nano. Then Tuesday or Wednesday for happy days.!

Thanks TLW I saw this one a while ago. There are similarities to Nano but I think the boat has now sailed for a less than risky investment. Buying into it now would remind me of buying into Nano in the Apple days. Good luck to you though....

I have spread my cash around. I luckily made a killing on Genedrive, i've bought / sold / bought / sold Carnival PLC several times, and many others. I'm probably lucky in the fact that Coronavirus has seen my wealth double, although I fully appreciate that many others are not so lucky, or even worse have unfortunately died through Covid. I have 2,000,000 Nano shares, haven't bought anymore. I'm a firm believer, in Nano but I think i'm fully in with Nano.! If the powers to be wouldn't mind a 1.6p Bid rise that would be greatly appreciated.!

So yesterday morning first thing I decided to jump back in with all my cash....... I was busy during the day so didn’t get chance to look at the market.. I lost £32,000...!!!! So if Nano would t mind... please... going up by 1.6p that would be greatly appreciated just so I can recover my loss.

I like the extra 15p to push the SP to 30p. That's only an extra £300,000. A Genedrive rise would be very nice after that.

I wouldn't be holding 2,000,000 shares if I thought it was the latter.!
The agreement to delay is a standard legal protocol. Two sides will always agree to "give it one last chance" before a court hearing. To reject a delay means that you are not open to negotiation and are intent on taking this to trial when the other party may well have realised their error of ways and are now trying to make amended. BUT....To keep it very very real, just because there is a delay/postponement does not mean that Samsung have come to the table with their cheque book open.

I seem to keep buying rather than selling on the slight up. I'm still a very firm believer. Honestly believe that this is a £1 share, either with buy-out of settlement+future order agreement at a minimum. The challenge is, is this tomorrow, next week, next month, or in two years. There are lots of bargains out there to make certain money on when this is all over, so this is a case of if you have £'s spare, do you invest in something that will eventually happen, or invest in something that will happen for sure sooner. Of course, everyone is just holding, waiting, for the dream RNS and the 1,000% bump.

LOL... I think Nano is a great investment. I think the chances of success is extremely high. I think the changes of an out of court settlement is also extremely high. I think the chances are, they will settle for a lot lower than everyone actually thinks is "fair" but I think they will get a reasonable amount plus ongoing royalties, or an offer of buy-out. However, I really think that 2m shares is enough. Nobody should ever put all their money on one horse.!. I will find the right time to sell a few off and make a small amount of profit on those. My plan, all along was only to have 1m shares, which I did manage to get down to, but then I got carried away again. It would be nice if the Micro announcement upside wasn't eroded away before the Merck announcement though., as the Merck announcement will probably add 40% / 50%.

Is now when I should use all my cash reserves, as it obviously was the right call at the right time.!....and I buy a few million Nano on top of my 2,000,000 that I now have.? I could own the company soon... LOL :-)
