AIDA group sailing from 1st August. One ship first, going out to nowhere. Then the following week there will be two ships, and one week after that there will be the third ship. 90% + are German passengers. Cruise is fully booked to the new reduced capacity. If there are no hick-ups, and the cruise happens, and there are no cases, then the scaremongers will have no option but to shut up once and for all. We need the 20 minute Antibody and Antigen test though, which unfortunately is not ready for production yet. If this existed, I am sure that Carnival, RCCL and NCL would all have them. After hours in the US unfortunately we were 0.6% up, which has currently reduced down to a negative 0.07%.....but tomorrow is a new day.!

Disagree. The market factored in the news last week re the US Moderna news which was short lived. Also announcement of the 20 minute Antigen and Antibody test plus oxford will create the 3 or 4 day bull again.

Carnival was already No Sail to the end of September, that was already announced, so the CDC update was meaningless for the US sails. Monday is Vaccine results day. Prepare for the rise next week. Got to be in it to Win it. Carnival and IAG........

It’s not $14bn. That is the total estimate of end user price difference. Nano would only be entitled to a part of that. A $10 license fee x 14m TVs x 3 for wilful x 2 for ROW = $840m... not $14bn or $42bn or $84bn... $840m which is £2.12 using budget exchange rates. Plus ongoing license at $10.

So ME get 5,700 but NP fill his boots again...!!

SL. Unfortunately August is not the trial.... so if there was a deal even being takes about internally by Samsung they wouldn’t do anything....and we got to August and the judge says trial date early 2021... then discussions will then start to happen... maybe...

Screenlearner and ddubya... I can’t buy anymore. I don’t have any money. I bought 25,000 Carnival shares and 100,000 IAG shares... so today my portfolio went up quite a bit.! All in my ISA as well.

We only need that much to see us through to the end of 2021 when you add the existing revenue stream in. So now we have a very clear runway.... with some director buys as well in the RNS so positive positive positive....

So this is what dragged down the good lawyer funding news... and today’s magical last second drop at close. The good news is that we should now have a clear runway and no more “surprises” from typical Nano for a while... so as the Directors are also increasing as well... let’s see.!

LOAM will not. RG does what he does. He likes JOG so he may well take some money out earlier but not all. Just spent 10 minutes and actually listened to ME. $14bn less marketing/costs which he said “they think” they deserve at least SOME of that. So back to $1bn + Wilful.... but settlement out of court.. I still recon $500m + license...so $1bn tops after the fees. So £2.70... I would be over the moon with £2.70.!

Of course. There is one thing that everyone is forgetting... the $14bn is the US. Assuming/When they win then they can go after the rest of the world. So the $14bn will at least be doubled....!!!!

The only problem is that they say Nano is an AIM company and that Samsung has the wrong Market Cap... so obviously they did a lot of research first didn’t they.!

Even if an out of court agreement is reached they would still need lawyers. To get that agreement in place there would still need to be legal documents. Maybe the discussions have broken down but you never negotiate unless you are willing to walk away.! So the key here is to take it to the next step and say.. ok Samsung. We are ready now... and call their bluff. If Samsung off $500m Nano would be fools to turn that down for a cash settlement. If they get that and an ongoing agreement that is all that matters.

ps. It will never be $14bn.! That would make it £38 a share... I mean I like dreaming like the rest of us but that is a little too far.!
