If you look at the cases and vaccine rates in the US and the fact that the travel agencies, airlines and states are now all going on about international travel the US has to be front and center for Green.

When you do the self assessment it would be better for you to complete all sections including employment.
BUT have you made the most of your deductions?
1. Everyone puts some form of money into charity. Have you claimed your charity donations back?
2. Do you work from home? If you do you can claim a certain % of your heating and lighting back.
3. Do you do any miles in excess of driving to/from your permanent place of work? If you do you can claim mileage back...
4. Depending on how much you earn, have you claimed your wife’s allowance % (assuming she doesn’t work).
I have been employed since the age of 16 and 20 years ago I started filling in a tax return.
If you have any of the above you can back adjust 7 years.

My plan is to sell and diversify at 161 but keep an RR holding forever.
Or until 5 or 6 pounds anyway.!

Well we somehow dropped 2% after close
Whether this is a reporting problem or like the other day a reality it’s not good.!

1. CW... you cannot use 148.... that is my number
2. ITP sale is not factored in at all. It’s not sold. It is simply up for sale. Using the logic that it’s factored in because it’s up for sale is a bit like saying that all revenue is factored in because eventually we will get more revenue.
3. If people honestly believe that this is going to be 130 by the end of the year they shouldn’t be invested in RR. We were nearly at 130 with the Bergen sale in the middle of lockdown with no travel and no certain outlook.
It will be the end of May..... but for those that don’t believe me... I will say Merry Christmas now.
