Glad you are still around, and the £7 is still alive.
I "de-risked" my portfolio, and sold a chunk of RR, but still holding a large chunk, but obviously not as much as the huge numbers from old....of course, it would have now been good to have held.!
I decided to dump a load into Carnival.!....Now you can laugh how that's going for me.!
On paper, with me moving everything around, I missed out on £300k if I had kept where I had it, in 2021......of course, hindsight is a great thing, but I guess it was more sensible to spread and de-risk.
So what's happened with your site.? Has it gone? or just down.?

We got screwed, but we know there is going to be a payout at some stage from the next $75m balance, in March'24.
I'm obviously still up from where I bought, but seriously down from the highs, so a large paper loss from the £140,000 I once had showing.

Well.
We closed at $11.35, it went up to $11.37, and is now all the way back down to $11.14....
So unless there is news later, or a positive outlook tomorrow, we are dropping by 15p

Now, what normally happens on days like this, is that once the UK is closed, Carnival US has a rally, and then closer to US close, it falls back a bit, then after close it's flat ish...
So, we will see what happens today.!

Yep, at least we are green.....
Earlier it looked like we were going to the Moon.!
We just 20p in about 15 minutes and it looked like it was going to continue, but, alas, it didn't.!
The challenge is that we are only going up because of pure sentiment, rather than because of CCL.
So when the US/Sentiment is bad, we will drop.......
We have to show forecast beating results in 3 weeks, otherwise we are going to be exactly where the analysts recon we are going to end up in Jan 2024......and believe it or not, that is $11.30...or exactly where we are now.!

Looks like a bumper US day today, hopefully we can catch a ride and hold it afterwards as well.

So it would seem that on Royal now they are changing to once a day room cleaning.
I only ever got my room cleaned once a day, but it would seem that they are now asking customers whether they want the room done in the morning or evening...!
Obviously another way of saving money.!......They only need half the room attendant staff.!

Well, somethings got people a little happier in the market.
Currently, we've gone from $10.40 at our close to $10.80.
A 40c rise .....that's 29p for us........

NCL is solid green.
and CCL is $0.17c higher/

Yes there are variances BUT if the US goes down we go down. If the US goes up we go up.
The only logic looking at the US share price is purely to keep my blood pressure in check… which obviously currently is through the roof with the frustration of CCL.
Of course… I’m not a day trader anyway so daily movement is totally meaningless really as even if it jumped 50% it would make zero difference to my actually life as I’m not touching the shares/holdings/money

"Well, CCL has huge debt, and maybe covid is still around and the cruise industry is going to shut".....
"Oh no, it's all ok, let's raise the SP".
"major issue, CCL didn;t hit the profit numbers we thought it would, tank the share"

US Pre-Marlet all green, travel/cruise stocks are green, so I guess today will be an upwards rollercoaster day then
