The SP ( since my buy in ) has fluctuated between 29 / 34 so say 12% + or - floating,That,s quite a steady sort of stagnation , Hydrogen is the future so imo the sp will reflect that in as much as now is a buying opportunity to hold long 2 to 8 years ,However the catalyst for a re rate could come at any time hence my steadfast reluctance to sell any shares for a faster moving and more lucrative stock, I will keep topping up under 31p
,ITM Power is a real happening company unlike 90% of the dross on AIM, Patience will most certainly be rewarded

The Target has entered into the Patents Licence with TexRAD
Limited to enable it to use TexRAD Limited’s software algorithm specifically in the field of urolithiasis.

The second product being developed by the Target, StonePrevent, which is at an earlier stage of
development than StoneChecker, uses the same patented TexRAD algorithm to provide information
on the patient’s stone which, combined with blood test results

StoneChecker uses an innovative, patented software plug-in (which is licenced from TexRAD for use
in the field of urolithiasis) based on an algorithm comprising of TexRAD texture analysis, in addition to
other important clinical markers such as stone volume and distance from skin surface, to automatically
interrogate a patient’s CT scan,
So are we stating on a public forum that Stonechecker &TexRAD are NOT PRODUCTS

To state on a public forum " There is NO PRODUCT " is slightly confusing for me ,Is Stonechecker an FBDU " product " not reliant or tied in with TexRAD ? ie -

The Target’s research and development team consists of Dr Balaji Ganeshan and Nick Stevens. Dr
Ganeshan is a medical imaging inventor/scientist and the CEO of TexRAD Limited. Nick Stevens has
experience in start-up businesses involving the development and/or introduction of new medical
technologies in the fields of diagnostic and therapeutic oncology and urology.
Although the intellectual property required by the Target to use the StoneChecker and StonePrevent
software licenced from TexRAD Limited will subsist independently of these key individuals, the
Products may not be capable of being brought to market as effectively without the support of such
persons.

Intellectual property – Infringement of Patents Licence
Currently the Products are unique and it is anticipated that the Products will be the first of their type on
the market. Other companies may seek to develop products which are similar or the same as the
Products and compete with the Target’s business. If this happens outside of the UK, it may be difficult
for the Target together with TexRAD Limited to enforce the patents which are the subject of the
Patents Licence and which are required for the Products.

I doubt DC,s 1 mil landing on the open market is gonna tank the sp already today we have 5.6 million traded ,options not valid until well into Q219

The abysmal way it was handled and portrayed showed a huge lack of AIM protocol ,+ from reading DC ,s book he was always a candidate for toy,s out the pram with his" My Way or the Highway " attitude but even I did not expect a fall out this early in his tenure

Maybe only institutional would participate on a monster discount then forward sell, Should any JV materialize now it would be a long time to receive any revenue stream and would require investment from QFi and cib to cover the project costs in case of default

Vaer Hilset, You seem a switched on Kiddi,I like lucky am intrigued why and how you came to invest on the uk LSE and in VRS and in particular ITM Power which I will second has humongous potential to take ( and is currently) its tech worldwide mainstream

Did you include the grant funding over last few years in those financials ?

They have just thrown 20 million pounds into ILIKA & Co for Solid state batteries and there developments are obsolete before they mature , Why not back innovative British production which has a real chance of becoming mainstream
