To pinpoint the fall from grace of the company,s share price ,One has to go back to last week in September / First week in October last year , Haydale were cruising around the 180p mark with some 20% volatility between 200p & 160p during 2017 after a scare during March 16 when the sp tanked fast to 105p mark for some unknown reason, However something must have triggerd this inflection point ( whether it was Everpower ,RAC or even Huntsman ) and obviously it must have been negative as on the 10th October they declared a funding @ 120p for 5 mil shares , A whopping 23% + /- discount to the 02 October sp , only a week or so before, Holders witnessed there holding not only diluted but decimated 2 fold, For me that was a huge red flag to sell up what little remaining shares I had still invested
Since then the sp ( now standing @ 37.5p) has gone on to loose ,more than 65% of its value,Down 82% + or - overall of its April 2014 IPO price of 210P
Whatever went on during that fortnight sep / oct 17 was a huge inflection point

Jam tmrw is a trait of the majority of new tech start ups, They need the investment funding to prove up there products before monetization , AIM / NEX markets are there to support these companies , A good % attract the initial investment on IPO ie- HAYD,MYSQ, Ilika,Nanoco,QFI , until they are found out and the market wakes up to the reality of a failed product then its tanking sp followed by ,placements ,dilution.placements dilution some like HAYD move into M & A to try and flag up revenue but in the end the market will not swallow there smoke an mirrors, A very few companies like Elektron, VRS become market darlings ,Unfortunately for shareholders here HAYD is of the former and get stuck in a quagmire of the continues downward and its very hard to break that cycle

Compared to the majority of the dross on AIM & NEX , FDBK is a shining star with so much potential , Real Mcoy JV,s to prove up TexRAD Lung with results due soon -

I take it you mean pay OPex and BOD/Staff wages as in current cash burn rate , Now I am far from being an authority on anything fintech or corporate business, But one would assume that any JV / project or enterprise to produce MSAR ( away from Cespa in current location in Spain ) would as a precursor dictate cash in bank or liquid assets to cover the cost of the project, Unless of course the partner is willing to cover operational costs and all eventualities in case of default
As much as I hope for all our sake.s that the BOD can negotiate some kind of a plan ,I think the above is a sticking point , Would welcome debate from all quarters to shine a positive light on that issue
@ 2.85p the SP is a cracking entry point should the company deliver

Would not describe my current situation as thriving Mr Orns , However I have my physical health if not my mental ( new addition crying an running around driving me nuts ! ) and the sun is shining here in Bali,So good to see DP on the board and alive an kicking ( Hope you are enjoying the freedom, peace and quiet of retirement,, Sir ) I have now retired from offshore myself ( thank feck !!!! ) although miss the wonga ,Was hoping QFI would be supplementing my income by now ,Alas !!!!
We can hope that MH and gang can tap into some sort of project without having to have collateral on the books, The Marine side has been lost in my eyes years ago , They had to move fast to anticipate and create a demand for MSAR so as they had some sort of infrastructure in place, Without a bunkering infrastructure how could any shipping company even begin to plan a route , The Saudi side was again dependent on third partys , Whom after witnessing the debacle of MH struggling to organise his own company's operations and finances would trust him /them with a multi million $ enterprise ,Im sort of thinking Maersk were of the same mind hence confirming there withdrawal
Let,s hope the near future can have some sort of silver lining for the BOD & Investors alike

Realistically its irreverent, There is nothing to defend , AIM is about Start up company,s looking for funds to commercialize a product until revenue generating and become cash flow positive ,QFI have had the cap out for 10 years ,Are they any closer to a revenue generating product hitting the market ,Do Shareholders believe the BOD have the Juno Se Qua to deliver shareholder value , If so then they will have to dig deep to support the company until they eventually generate a revenue , They have tried Marine bunkering ,Power Generation, Oil Field additives and failed ,Fact is after 10 years of touting MSAR 1 and 2, millions and millions spent on R & D and JV,s they are no closer to commercialization and monetzation

Why do you not set a case for the company's prospects instead of accusing people of deramping ,These public bb are for investors to read and comment ( hopefully the truth ), Glorifying a company's prospects is misleading, Company CEO<s do that without conscience @ least leave the public bb contributors to make up there own mind without having to read between the lines from some bullish statement that,s totally biased
