I did comment to my partner last night that if there is 'nothing' to the rise I shall sell and await a retrace to come back at a more comfortable position. I am not the 'best' at going in and out but am slightly on the ball. Thanks. Off topic, I am watching the chart on CHL (for the first time ever).

Well it was nice to see a one day rise of 24% on one of my shares today. I'm not sure what has happened to the bulletin board on regular chat, over 200 posts all of a sudden on what was very recently a stock that had very few footprints. I had this tucked away as a long term buy but it seems that RHPS has generated a bit of interest and is due to drum up some more. Well every little bit helps. It will be interesting to see if todays rise has been based soley on this or if there is possibly some news on licences iminent. Either way, it was a pleasant suprise to see the tick up today.

I think it was the latest edition of shares magazine u.k. If true it may bode well for a small rise monday although Lehmans are dumping at the moment so that is a bit of a drag on sp.

Hi Riddler, thanks for your take on it, I have seen recently a drop to around 86p only to rise above £1 again, this has happened on a couple of occasions so I picked up a small amount on friday to see if i can trade them on this basis with the idea of just bringing my average down a couple of points each time until news. Personally I am happy to wait for news. My understanding is that the tendering process should be complete around now and it will just be an accumulation of information in order to disclose to market. I would expect this information within the next couple of weeks. It seems there was an article in shares magazine that states once this process has been completed then we may see a bidding war. If anyone has seen this article it would be nice to have that confirmed.

I asked the question before about how the cash would be raised for WAD to purchase Stellar Diamonds. I take it no share holder has been contacted so the choices would be an investment company, loan or a situation similar to AST where there was a private placing. Obviously this will be a very important part of the jigsaw as how the deal is funded is usually the make or break for many companies. The other point, today I was reading over some of the previous rns announcements from WAD and noticed that we are looking at a 25/75 WAD/Stellar Diamond so it's an important point to consider if there will be that same split on relaunch price, if so and we have our shares diluted I wonder if this will be concluded prior to launch. I would imagine so and obviously whatever avenue they take will be subject to shareholder approval. On that note if they are planning on relisting sometime in Feb. I would assume that news would have to be put in the public domain very soon. Just thinking otloud but thoughts are welcome.

Hopefully someone could answer for me. If the reverse take over is 25/75 WAD and steller diamonds, on relisting does that mean that there would be a dilution to the shares that holders of WAD have?

At this time of the year there seems to be large swings on very low volume hence my comment 'I wonder if it will be sustained'. It will be interesting to see where it goes from here.

Given the choice between being snowed in with 2 sick kids or a padded cell with straight jacket I think the padded cell has to win. LOL. If the price lingers down here I would be happy to add at these prices. Moosh, I did sell at the end of September at quite a nice profit, then thought about the potential and went back in again.

Thanks for posting that information, I do sometimes think I'm talking to myself on these threads. It's unfortunate that we have seen much more than a 3% decline in CHL of late. Many people anticipated things to be tied up quickly (end of year) for the company bids (as in possible bids for the company or part of the company), I don't know if this timescale has been confused with the bids expected for the tendering process for mining works at EKCP. It has also came out of the AGM that CHL are keen to develop EKCP themselves and I feel that people are feeling there may be no urgency in a bid coming for the company. Personally, I wouldn't want to be out and I feel the full value of the company can in time be realised. I would be happy with a bid coming for all or part of the company at the right price but as I am not in a hurry to realease funds then I do get a tad excited at CHL developing EKCP themselves. I don't mind what happens, short term there may be dips (buying opportunities for the cash ready) but I am happy to stick with this. That is why I was curious about values on Sandewar as if they do go it alone with EKCP they will need funds/ J.V. G.L. All

from the TMC interims today.. 'In November 2009, Toledo, Atlas and European Nickel jointly hosted a meeting in Manila with a high level delegation from Jiangxi Province, China. The delegation was led by His Excellency Vice Governor Hong Lihe and included the President and senior management of Jiangxi Rare Earth and Rare Metals Tungsten Group ("JXTC"), with whom Toledo has previously concluded two Memorandums of Understanding. At the meeting, JXTC advised that it has overcome objections to locating a pilot plant in Jiangxi Province which will determine the optimum process for the production of an intermediate nickel product to supply its planned nickel refinery. Accordingly, although there is no longer a requirement to construct a pilot plant at Berong, JXTC wished to reaffirm its commitment to Berong as the favoured ore supply and processing partner. Construction of the pilot plant is scheduled to begin during 2010 and discussions have commenced on the terms for supplying ore to the plant.'

Good morning GedW, there was a poster on ADVFN who attended the AGM and carried forward some good information. Churchill are very keen to develop EKCP, there is an interested party in purchasing but these things as you know can take time. The plan is to go full steam ahead with mining. Now my thoughts being that if that was to happen (we will find out more about costings end of January) but will funds need to be arranged if it doesn't happen in the form of a J.V. Is the most likely solution to be the sale of CBM at Sandewar where I believe they have talked to 'two parties of considerable substance'? Nothing further has developed there but would you have any thoughts to value there? I feel there may be a small retrace as people get bored waiting for things to happen, I feel if it takes time it may be prudent to pick up some more on the dips. Your views are always appreciated.

Well I was just trying some buys and couldn't get a quote, not a problem to sell though for just over the 1.8p. Hopefully that is a good sign for next week.
