I actually agree with some of your concerns, although you ignore huge external factors eg. drop of PoO, that have effected the SP.
But here's the thing I don't understand - this is a binary play, if you think this isn't going only one way (down) - you should cut your losses and re-invest elsewhere...and in view that you have overall made a tidy sum, stop moaning and man up.

Kurgan: It's got nothing to do with being negative, I too believe the directors are overpaid for the "job" they do...it's the "I paid x amount for my shares" FFS...that has F all to do with the price NOW.

A low TO price has concerned me in recent times...but some posters were stating (when we were in late teens/low 20s) that we'd be taken out (if we were lucky) for c.40p.
Well that clearly isn't going to happen if PoO stays anywhere near it's present range.
If things get signed off with FIG and the credit line from HMG - we should see a step up before FID - once FID is announced we'll surely be in a 60-70p range.
Any TO then would be a minimum of £1....which if Isobel is proven still makes the amount of oil down there ridiculously cheap.

Much: Everything you state on face value makes sense...therefore I ask the question; Why haven't the directors been filling their boots? It has always concerned me. Having said that, if we do get to production and Isobel is a big baby...this will be a good few multiples of today's price in 4/5 years.

For those who understand the workings of the MMs: Sells are outnumbering buys today, and have done for weeks, considerably...yet the price is rising. Are they sorting out a big "seller"?... the pure mathematics of it doesn't make sense to me but I presume that is because I don't understand the workings of the MMs.

Probable reason is sells have outnumbered buys day in day out for weeks...I'm pleased it has held up so much.

Then they start saying "I'm such and such down"....so what? - the sp won't rise (or fall) depending on what an individual paid for a share - YOU chose to buy at that price, so stop moaning and sell your shares if you don't think RKH is going to increase it's value.

The £20 or 20p quote was one of the DES directors I believe. So not sure where your "never mind" comes from.
