As someone who worked in the Civil Service (don't shout) - so certainly no banking background,you'd think the creditors way of getting back their money quickest....is to get PMO pumping that black stuff out of SL asap and earning their $30+ per bbl?

If it gets over the near term hurdles of FID & Sanction and external factors eg. PoO, world economy don't balls us up:

1 year - 90-100p (if sanctioned)
3 years - £2+ if we've started pumping oil
5 years - if Isobel as big as projected and good divi being paid....who knows

They've opened this a couple of times at 42p over the last two weeks...maybe they're expecting something to happen.
