I'd prefer to hold long term,rather than a cheap takeover.

As of this moment my valuation is around 50p (I.e if you offered me 50p today I'd probably take it)

However with a few new announcements my valuation will probably go up the same if not more than the shareprice. So my valuation might go up to £1 whilst the market only rerates to 50p
As I'm so invested in see I believe that my valuation will exceed the market valuation for many years to come. In which case I would not want to be forced out by a cheap takeover.

I hope you're right. I'm surprised we aren't approaching 20p with all our prospects. For some reason we can't even seem to get into double digits. Let's hope the trading announcement and kpi's provide a boost.

Agreed about the takeover. It's dillusional to think we'd get anywhere near £1 (as some seem to think) with the current shareprice under 10p.

I personally would be happy if we're still listed in 5 years, generating loads of cash and paying dividends.

They're big in Japan and Korea.

OK makes more sense, but either HL have got part of that email wrong or you've had more than you're entitled to. As it wasn't one right for every share held. It was 4 rights for every 7 shares held.

Strange as according to their timetable they're still tradeable so you shouldn't have received money yet unless you've sold them.

We'd lose access to real-time data as well. I imagine if we get into light commercial vans with data we can keep then this will be invaluable as it will be more similar to cars than trucks and busses are.

Especially if we can also analyse driver state by what's happening outside the car if we get that data as well with this deal.

Or they do deals with Smarteye and cipia.

Don't they make the hardware so much higher revenue per car, but at a lower margin than us.

I think a lot of the deals have already been made. Just not announced. For example Magna have an exclusivity deal with us. They know the price they can buy from us.

They've potentially done loads of deals, but not formalised it in a contract to us yet. They presumably don't need to rush to do that.

Automotive growth and revenue very low imo.

I'm pretty sure ordinary shareholders can get involved as it's a rights issue. The guarantors are there to purchase any shares that aren't taken up by existing holders.
