I personally wouldn't be surprised if fleet doesn't grow as much this year. There might be a lag as customers wait for gen3. Also not in full production of gen2 till November I believe. Although we might get more of an indication on Thursday.

Longterm I expect huge growth from fleet.

What do you want them to do to boost the share price?

As long as they deliver operationally the market will hopefully, at some point, move to reflect true value.

I'm also not sure what they can do to move the price. They announced the Magna deal and imo we should be sitting at 10p or higher just on that.

Cenkos have a Conservative 25p target and yet we're trading at a 72% discount to that.

Sometimes the market is just irrational. Maybe we'll get a rerate after Thursday.

Maybe with the quarterly update. Automotive numbers fleet numbers and a brief summary of new fleet customers.

Perhaps they were expecting rfqs to have been announced by now and would have tried to get debt funding if they won some significant contracts.

I also expect if numbers ramp up significantly that we'll look to establish monitoring centres in lower cost countries. Further reducing our cost base.

I'm sure some companies will want it, but not everyone will want to pay an addi cost per month. It also wouldn't surprise me if the oem sold the monitoring to the customer, as that would make a lot of sense. I.e. Volvo trucks would sell a "Volvo monitoring solution" which is actually run by us, but they get a cut. A bit like the distributor relationships.

Not all companies will want the monitoring service so we might get a relatively low margin but high volume business from aftermarket.

Ambarella also work with Smarteye and they've announced some China wins.
