On what basis is this valuation rational? TNAV is 55p and Lloyd's has a very low risk portfolio. Comparing it's stage 2 ifrs9 number to it's default stock tells you there is masses of sand bagging in the current provisioning vs all peers. Therefore this might just be the biggest bargain ever. For this to be worth 55p we are assuming brexit causes a recession of huge severity making their assets worth essentially 0. This is a total no brainer now.
