All this Candy and Bonnier stuff is being raked up again because the lingering court case is coming to a head.

I’m not in any camp and perhaps especially not Bonnier. It doesn’t make sense to me that Candy would pledge stock for a loan and then devalue the collateral. I can’t see this logic but then I’m just a normal investor!

Posters today have made this board a joke. Childish writing, making outlandish claims and unhelpful comments.

Someone has to be taken to account for all this fiasco. Candy is a board member, or at least he has nominated a director. I would find it completely absurd that Candy could do anything to the detriment of Audioboom. Anyone suggesting this has an agenda. Bonnier is apparently a shareholder so why would he want to diminish the value of his shareholding. It’s people around who are utilising this story to stir up trouble. AAA and AAQUA were always a Ponzi scheme it seems.

But all this is nothing to do with the Boom business and the sooner people realise this the better.

That’s how I see the buys and sells - I wouldn’t even call this trading in the true sense. There’s two factions and they are mucking around with the aid of MM’s. Either clearing positions or not wanting to encourage a further significant price rise just yet. No real investors selling and perhaps a few investors buying discretely or covering positions.

One wonders where they are coming from.

Bear hunt we shall never understand MM workings. They are not trustworthy and it’s not regulated on AIM as we all know. Of course there’s been a vicious and underhand goings on here for a year.

GBP 4 is equivalent to one year’s 2024 revenue. So a lot of improvement in price before market gives a fair market value on the company.

I haven’t got the figures to hand but I think Rifkin might have posted the details of Tobin’s purchases over the past 12 months. He’s invested somewhere in the region of GBP1.5 million in shares in the open market. If he wants to buy in GBP 10k lots so be it as I find nothing wrong. Except for Zak who posts “ he should put his money where his mouth is and buy GBP200k to GBP 300k. Totally facile.

Quite a bit in the press over the weekend on X and the exodus of brands advertising on the platform. If brands wish to maintain overall spend I would if their shoes look at increasing podcast sector.

On valuation discussions the Hotel Chocolat bid by Mars highlighted many a comment from the financial press that valuations on the London market are too low noe for growth stocks.
