I'll be selling any 'dud' holdings I have today to further fund my own OO purchases, as for some of those it will be the best way to recoup cash & profit from those positions......imho & with the usual caveats etc.

Some people are trying to acvumulate as large a holding level as possible, so would 'immediately' do nothing of the sort and sell stock at a key stage (or stages) through the drilling process and timed for significant re-rates that they are anticipated to occur.

A minor warrant attachment may at least add some greater attraction to the OO for some, although seems like a growing support for the Open Offer at the current levels , with some buoyancy at this price and being the Open offer price.

The Proactive interview is a very good one and certainly adds Confidence that the Management certainly have everyting in place and contingencies covered to see the drilling through.

Warrants attached to the Open offer stock......

On a more pragmatic note, it would be useful to have warrants associated with the Open offer stock and given many of us are looking to subscribe for those shares - I currently have £7K put aside, but will likely liquidate any of the really poorly performing stocks in my PF, to boost BPC stock acquisition further.

My own view is that BPC will be one of the most followed stocks in the coming weeks and expectant of the multiple Re-rates in the price, moving forward.

I doubt people are specifically relying on a Partner being announced but accept that the discussions are indeed ongoing and may indeed bear fruit yet - indeed, still a strong possibility taking into consideration recent interviews. However, more the assurance that regardless of conclusion of saìd talks, the drilling goes ahead irrespective and contingencies seem to be in place at least, or the strong implication of such by Etyan, for the Open Offer to be concluded succesfully to facillitate said drill.

Looking very confident & assured by the Management team to get us there & protecting shareholder value as part of that initiative.

As you quite rightly point out and a very pertinent point - a different proposition moving 200m rather than 1.8bn!

Possibly, or existent institutional holders may indeed pick up the slack at 2p and given the precedent for premiums (as well as the usual discounted placings), for specific initiatives beyond just general overheads - in this case, the move towards drilling.

Let's see what the specifics would actually be, but the main thing is guaranteeing the drilling goes ahead and Eytan seems very confudent in placing the additional Open Offer shares with the Institutions (1-2 min in).

I think I'd leave the strategic decisiond to the CEO, rather than any posters on the BB, lol

I think an 'understanding' will already have been in place, for key institutional holders to take up any excess from the Open offer. That's not from the perspective of an official underwriting of the stock, which would in itself incur additional costs and have attached conditions. That would also preserve the integrity of their existent holding.

I'm pretty sure of the Management team having some form of such an 'understanding' in place and hence the route to finace taken and confidence in moving us towards drilling in H1 2020.

I have my funds in place and ready to take up my allocation of thr open offer, up to the value of said reserve.

The BoD will almost certainly have contingencies in place and have also worked previously with the party to the CLN.

Potential gamechanger stock.

As has been srated, it's pretty clear that the Management team are confident enough that drilling operations will be proceeding and in turning down the alternative funding options put on the table - these guys aren't cowboys and are too experienced to jeapordise said drilling initiation.

I see any price below 2p being aggresively bought into, thereby stabilising the Ask at around that level, providing the requisite buoyancy to keep it there. It wont take much buying inertia to push it over and especially considering those wishing to take a larger Holding than any Open offer opportunity would provide.

The Management would also be very confident of Shore Capital being able to place any additional stock to institutional buyers, the amount on offer being no doubt significantly smaller than any smount potentially on offer during previous funding enquiries.....hence acceptance of the 2p price.

This will be significantly higher than the 2p levels in a few weeks imo and cognizant of the awareness of the BoD of all 'other' factors that are at play here and unknown to regular BB contributors.

Let's see the specifics of the Open offer details to be released shortly and the progress being made on any 'other' initiatives - the BoD know what they're doing.

Good points Proselenes and there may very well have been positive results from the first zone but they would want to test all the zones before releasing the RNS - Mike Buck has shown himself to be extremely professional in such communications, despite his self professed 'delight' after the initial Heron results from the last RNS.

Some people are speculating that it may be a general market mpmentum on the stock, which of course may be the case. Having noted price movements here over various developments and anticipation of such, I'm much more inclined to some very positive initial finds that will subsequently be communucated via an official RNS, at the appropriate time.

Looking very promising now.

Good points Jim and why I have £7K set aside, as the last of my 'buying pot' , specifically for the purpose of acquiring the Open offer entitlement (plus whatever excess that may obtain).

This sort of prospect, accepting all usual caveats, is a rare one indeed and certainly worth being a part of given the massive Upside potential inherant.

The experienced Management team will have everything in hand for this and moving us into drilling for H1 2020.
