Going to be more aggresive in cashing in the 'dud' stocks, which aren't going anywhere anytime soon - will certainly try to secure as many additional shares, beyond the Open Offer allowance and with the obvious buoyancy here.

Each to their own plan of action.

I'm sure others have noted them too and fairly consistent over the last month or so - perhaps indicating a comitted disposal of stock. If we had a greater insight into the party disposing atm (if indeed that is the case), we may have a better indication of what may be happening.

We can only speculate at this point of course and until the CEO decides we warrant an update.

Completely agree - here's the one I posted yesterday and Baserite posted one on TXP I believe, in which I have no holding. Perhaps we should discuss other stocks here, from the perspective of 'potential' recovery from losses - I'm open to what others suggest or indeed dismiss the idea altogether and whilst we await Art Millholland to give us an update.

BPC for me - Open Offer details to be announced this week, but then moving into drilling H1 2020 on a potential world class offshore asset. Open offer contingencies in place with Shore capital looking to place any surplus stock with select institutions at 2p and Management taking up some of the OO - Farm in talks running concurrently.

BPC is likely going to be one of the most followed stocks in the coming weeks, with multiple catalysts for price re-rates leading through to drilling.

The usual market caveats apply but one of the few stocks that has a genuine & significant multibag potential, to make back losses from the current investment here, imho.

They said they weren't going to do a placing to 'Institutional investors' at the reported prices, not that they weren't going to do a 'share release' per se - they passed the reolutions at the AGM for a reason, so 'conspiracy theories & alien invasions' are probably misplaced here.

In seriousness, it's been a long road drafting up the requisite legislation and getting it passed through the various governmental stages. All scenarios will have been covered and protocols adhered to, for the Company to have brought us to where we are.

Well positioned now, once all the requisite funding is signed off and we can finally get down to it.

Very likely something that's already been discussed between Potter and the GoB and given the frameworks already in place from previous legislative initiatives that caused delays in the past. Can't see them not having had such 'discussions' to underpin their confidence now going forward with plans to drill.

I'm aware that they have the gold drilling prospects that have commenced in S Arabia - what are the timelines for News on that and the various other catalysts that would reasonably impact the price?

This one has been recommended to me for a closer look but what I can se is the steady decline that's occured hrre, hence trying to establish the aforementioned Catalysts and their associated timeframes.

Any input from those more familiar with the investment and the nature of current initiatives, would be most helpful.

Just sold my 186 shares in GNK - that's another £1,587 in the pot for BPCs open offer shares.

I've had some GCM sitting there for years, as well as more recent EOG and the monstrous little COPL. I'll be liquidating the former, as well as a partial offloading of the latter, to sit along the cash from the already sold ECO - that will be added to my existent £7K to facillitate the purchase of my Open Offer allowance and any excess available.

Looking for that immediate & significant re-rate on the succesful OO and refering to Etyan's extreme bullishness in Shore placing the rest - any Farm in deal before or after, is a massive bonus.

They'll need to raise significantly less from any Institutions than the amount considered previously and making up the remainder from any shortfall from the Open Offer. The recent Proacti e Investor interview was very bullish on that point and no doubt certain initial 'enquiries' have already been made from that perspective. They seem very confident indeed that Shore Capital will be able to place any of the remaining stock, the large majority expected to be taken up at tge 2p price via the Open offer and with the Directors.

Your decision to do what you like with your money but I'm expecting that massive push on the share price, beyond the further re-rates through other catalysts and based on the very Confident stance of the Management, who are mych better appraised of all 'negotiation initiatives' on the various points, than we are.

It's a little disturbing that the singular, larg(er) trades 'seem' to be sells, whilst the remaining trades are the expected mixture of both.

That doesn't unequivocally point to any specific outcome but does make one wonder if some of the larger rats are abondoning ship, that being a consistent trait over the previous week and resulting in the break down below the placing price. On the flipside, it could be a larger holder exiting with no greater insight into the background machinations here or indeed be coincidental - perhaps it'll be Art Millholland citing 'personal reasons' and not notifying the market as yet and accepting what the proper practice are in such cases.

Who knows, we may even get the long awaited RNS to kickstart this little monstrosity and catalyse the mega rise off the back of such - it's a possibility.

That's the problem here with what some would say is an untrustworthy CEO.....working with untrustworthy partners.....in a corrupt environment......we have no idea and have no standing with the CEO, who treats us with contempt.

I'll retain my holding here as I've always accepted the nature of this stock, albeit empathise with those whose exposure warrants a greater interest in the outcome .

As previously mentioned, I do have a few smaller holdings in my PF, which although not impacting the main PF in any significant way, are essentially just 'dead weight' for the forseeable future. I'm currently in the process of liquidating them to provide an opportunity to secure a larger holding from the Open offer, the rationale being that the potential upside through various price catalysts looks much better defined re: timeframes and the potential upsides.

That approach may not suit others and of course usual investing caveats apply, but it seems more prudent and logical from my perspecrive, applied to my PF, rather than have such investments essentially non productive and perhaps completely lost causes.

Each to their own but certainly looking forward to securing stock through the Open Offer and theeeafter moving into actual drilling.

That's the strong impression I had re: Shore Capital already having likely 'covered' any residual amounts from the Open Offer and obviously significantly smaller than the original amounts envisaged by the City, prior to the Open Offer deal - no wonder Etyan sounded so confident.
