Good point Gunner - Heron AND Gazelle, albeit the case for Heron is more clearly defined if course.
As has been pointed out, it's pretty standard to give authorization 'in principl'e to a company at an AGM to issue shares - that cerainly does not extrapolate to shares being issued as I'm sure all who sufficiently informed, are well aware of.
As has been pointed out, PetroMatad have clear lines of funding that can be pursued and off the asset base that Heron1 presents and through banks or via a partnership, the very strong candidate being PetroChina.
Many are certainly looking to re-enter the investment and no doubt will do so with the bouyancy of the price and investment case - as Sunday points out, one if the most 'undervalued' stocks on Aim and certainly in the O& G sector, with a tangable asset in Heron2 and likely Partnership / Buyout from PetroChina.
