Im looking for at least 8p-12p on a successful completion of the sale with a price build up to the 16p+ levels on further operational progress & output increases. Very comfortable in at this level anyway & look forward to the company entering a new stage of growth thru the turbine sales. atb

Strong late buying with the last one at full ask - volume has picked up substantially over the last couple of days so could be some news seeping re: the 15th jan contract completion date. Obviously the major upside is contingent on the successful completion but $3.1M non refundable deposit already paid by Isis so at least a good safety parameter there. dyor as always

Im looking for around 8p-12p very near term with the conclusion of the turbine sale agreement & the obvious major impact thatll have on the company going forward - 16p plus on further operational progress and/or heavy institutional investment. Itll be a complete game changer as far as this stocks concerned but again contingent on the deal being concluded - thats the risk factor here but much more heavily weighted to a successful conclusion & upside price movement imho for the reasons already given. dyor as always.

Thanks On another note, positive developments on the fiscal cliff situ which should give a strong boost to the market generally. Wider economic recoverys goning to take time but the markets will precede that anyway so looks like a much better year for equities - about time! Re: IPSA, comfortably back in for the reasons given. Btw must be a generous helping of the Xmas 'spirit' but please read the $3.1M as £1.9M and not £2.9M - slip of the keyboard but the maths adds up as indicated. atb

the 'logistical issues' refer to Iris not wanting to take possession of the turbines until a later date & associated costs incurred thru storage etc

the $3.1M or £2.9M equates to over 1p on the SP based on the no of shares in issue & related to the circa 2.5p pre notification price levels. A successful conclusion of the sale process should give us a much higher SP with a NAV a multiple of current price levels. Again, it all comes down to the sale being completed.

I had concerns after the delay beyond the 5th Nov 2012 deadline for the sale completion. However weve had some clarification from the company since then & a commitment to closing the transaction asap. There could be more fundamental issues underlying that decision or it could be simply logistical in nature with the new date stated as the 15th Jan 2013. Since theyve already paid $3.1M to IPSA i think its much more likely a logistical / beuracratic hold up. That alone equates to over 1p on the SP with a successful conclusion of the sale fundamentally changing the companys prospects going forward. The stock was sitting at around 2.5p for a while before the Iris sale was announced so i dont see any great downside here but its got to be noted that the stocks fairly illiquid - not so great on any negative announcement but major upside on a positive rns also. The investment case rests on whether people believe in a successful outcome to the sale process or not. My main investments are stocks like LAM, XEL & TLDH for the major rises coming up. However Ive brought back a smaller position in IPSA at the current price level with a view to permissions from the respective banks being granted & the sale successfully completed. If so this could multibag but also accepting the liquidity & other isssues that may arise Dyor, have a prosperous 2103 & gla

The problem would be any limited placing might need to be much larger & at a lower sp as an additional problem to the one indicated in 2days rns Took some in FTE btw as per your rec so looking forward to that coming good (cheers ;) . atb
