Looks like we've had a lot of indications regarding the company's move back towards recovery rather then the swathe of bad news you're4 suggesting. Fair or not, the FSA investigation now has a line drawn under it with the RNS agin re-iterating the focus on developing & growing the company back from the issues that resulted in the genuine bad RNSs from last year. Nows the time for recovery & an overall appreciation of the SP back towards historic levels 'eventually' but above 200p (imho) nearer term. Good luck anyway

Gotta be fast to get stock here - slight dip in the price & someone straight in with the 2 x 100K buys to push it back up. The negotiations should have advanced from the time of the last RNS & hopefully an update asap, especially if it notifies of further interest in the turbines

I believe one opf those shorters was active on Thomas Cook during its meteoric rise back up from the drop - very clever! Good chance of a short squeeze to accelerate the SP upwards very soon imho

I just assume that since the deposit was referred to & known as non refundable, its generally assumed by the market to be the case. Yesterdays drop on very small volume as weve come to expect on this stock so waitingfor the eventual sale now which as you say, shouldn't be far away. I'm sure we'll be updated on the progress soon.

I anticipate further contract news. Dow also hit a new high with the ftse hitting a yearly high so macro markets also looking fairly buoyant atm.

Obviously has nothing to do with the ftse down 0.52% today & macro economic uncertainties relating to US spending cuts, Italian political situation, China housing bubble etc. Having said that US market data flat atm after seeing red earlier whilst the European markets were open. The reality is the price may dip in the run up to results or indeed may pick up as macro market sentiment exerts itself or specific contract news is released, which is very likely imho. No individual poster here can call the direction with any certainty irrespective of their own trading intentions. What we can more likely say is that yet again today's RNS emphasises the bigger recovery happening for Lamprell which should see us through any minor fluctuations for a continuation of the progresion on the upside (& over a slightly longer timeframe then just a few days). From a more personal perspective, I'll also reiterate my validation of rigposter's observations as posted on the ii.co.uk board. However, even disregarding that, the macro market factors are more easily identifiable as exerting pressure on individual stocks very short term with explicit statements on the recovery as repeatedly stated in recent RNS's for the 'overall' upward progression to continue..

Only circa 38M shares & a large part held by the management team. This moves sharply on such small volume that any positive indications of recovery & the price should rocket. Hopefully we'll get news of an acceptable agreement with Hanafin regarding a timetable for repayment under the CULS. They have the funds available so it'd be in everyones interest for that to occur.

I can't corroborate 'specific' info on orders but can agree his assessment overall & expectations for new orders coming on line near term. That's all I'll add on the board. Thats a variation of my thoughts tbh. Another buyer will be currently at the table negotiating terms for the purchase of the turbines as stated in the last RNS. However, Iris aren't totally out of the picture - its more thatIPSA are now NOT contractually obliged to go thru with the sale to Iris after the expiration of the completion time given. Thats even after the deposit paid & Iris's continued spend on transportaion & logistics for the turbine delivery. They can still complete on the sale but the balls in IPSA's court regarding terms & price, along with the prospect of other parties mentioned beyond those two expressing an interest in the purchase also. I comfortably sit tight & wait as we're near enough a bottom anyway by previous price movements & the turbines WILL be sold to one of the number of interested parties. atb
