unsure what your reply to me is all about. my post simply said its me belief that beyond finance completion, kefibwill at some point raise funds and there will also be further dillution.

Find raise/dillution will come in a number of ways after finance is secured.

Firstly there is zero evidence to say 10m owed will come into kefi bank account in september or October, for a start finance hasnt happened yet and harry himself said things will need to settle down before they start claiming back the money. (This side of Xmas is highly unlikley in my opinion).

5 million costs to be paid in shares, certain consultants are owed success fees which will be paid in shares following signing.

Saudi , exploration will continue , have already been quoted 5m by harry for J.Q to keep running, thats before HAWIAH is even talked about.

General working capital , such as wages company , general working costs etc etc will still need to be paid for by the kefi shareholder

Bonuses etc will also be coming out the pot , harry gave himself AFTER wages a 185,000 bonus payable in shares PLUS 173,000 in compensation , all which achieving the square root of F.A.

if anyone thinks that finance is the end of raises and dillution they are very wrong in my opinion.

Of course the flipside , kefi hope to be raising money at higher s.p levels then today.

March 2021 price of gold was around 1750 dollars.

Fast forward to today the price has gone up around 3375 , it hasnt even doubled in over 4 years.

Don't get me wrong , gold has had a unbelievable time of late , but it has actually stabilised last few months , which is good because its formed a new baseline.

Gold has gone up for a number of factors , due to its status as a safe-haven asset during periods of economic and geopolitical uncertainty, add in wars add in intewst rates , central bank buying , a weaker dollar and even the tariffs all reasons why gild seems to be performing.

A lot of the above is calming down (not all) but with that perfect storm mixture the gold price has risen less then 2k in 4 years , sharezy says it will raise another 4500 in 2 years , if time lines are to believed here.

Its typical kefi forum behaviour, price of gold increaes let's ramp it to sill levels

The s.p predictions should be higher, let's ramp it to silly levels

The gold reserve is 1.05m oz , let's ramp it to treble the levels
