Good evening to all you long term holders

Been a long and eventful day , some surprises ( the drop for one ) i personally mistimed my holding , I brought at 08.01 after watching hit 91 and got in at 96 thinking it was heading straight back up, oh well still cheap in my view. But could of got in cheaper.

We also had the surprise RNS of additional funding , without that I think the day could of been a lot worse , I think its important to also factor in the market in general has been really poor , not only today but this week, I'm sure if you have multiple holdings like myself in various stocks you will see lots of red , my profits are considerably down compared to Friday, and I have no doubt that the market in general will pick up soon.

As predicted by many last week we have also heard from a bunch of idiots today , some known to us, some old faces and some nice new ones, hopefully now the day is over they will stop thier disruptive , pointless posts , having different opinions is one thing , thats what this board is all about right , but some of the posts are utter nonsense, laughable and pointless.

I appreciate the love on my post today , I try to give a honest opinion and I'll always encourage for others to do thier own research , its your money after all.

There's a huge group of decent folk here , far far to many names for me to type , have also met some new ones over the last couple of days who I feel will bring some good stuff to the group and was also nice NO FEAR popped in . It could of been anyone of these people that wrote today's post about the idiots , I guess I just wrote it first.

Anyway day is over , we start again mid 90s , not what we want but something we have to accept , we skipped the 90s anyway lol, so now its all on the table lets focus on reopen in U.S , reopen in UK, and watch this share get back to where we all believe it belongs.

After today i also want to try something different and fun, if you are a long term holder and took time to read my post I have a question for you ,
What film are you most looking forward to on reopening.
I'll start with the father , why?? I think anthony Hopkins is a great actor and one of the first movies on the slate , be good to do do something that will feel different , my kids are looking forward to seeing spiderman , dont need to explain that one

Personally I think ots personal motives , rupert murdoch for instance owns lots of papers , he also owns or is a major shareholder of disney and thier streaming platform , so cine is a direct competitor and he will use power of media .

Others like mootly fools use thiwr power to influence others in the stock market , they have got it wrong so many times , but they are lile professional derampers , when you have lots of these companys and papers doing this it seems to be coming from all angles , but normally just a few of the same sources.

Thats my take anyway, listen to mooky and do your own research bit tey leaving the newspapers out of your research

Think it already is matey , labour have said they won't oppose it , pretty much set in stone as far as I can tell

Will mean they can ban the foreign holidays etc and bring in rules if further variants , diesnt mean they will necessarily use them , but yes its been awful for markets this week

Hi og_johncena , I hope all is well in the states.

Your feelings acctually bring me more joy, from someone who lives in the states and the certainty of no more lockdowns makes me happy, the reason for this is the majority of our business is in the states , further locksowns in Europe are happening simply because vaccinations have been delayed , at a slow pace and I can't see us going into another lockdown.
I can't see foreign travel happening this year but i can see a trip to the cinema happening, after all if pubs and gyms can open cinemas certainly can too.

My thoughts only

Everyone is entitled to a opinion on what a fair entry point is , I would suggest a (CCC) contemplative calculated change on your entry point of 75p.
While you make some extremely valid points , I wonder why you think 20p range was a bit "bonkers" when we were shut and close to closing down for good. I presume you feel the 40p was fair value back then.

so I'm wondering why you feel 75p is fair value now compared to what we had back in October/November , we sat in the 60s and 70s for a while based on finance news , a baseline if you like after finance was agreed to get through the pandemic , and it sat thier very comfortably, this was at a time when there was no mass vaccinations happening, no news of reopen , a new lockdown a new covid variant and a stronger 2nd wave then the first.

Since then 28m people have been vaccinated, deaths have come down drastically , cases have come from 70k a day to under 6k . So Personally I feel we have come on a long way since the days of 70p. And I do wonder if after all this you value it at 75p what you would of thought the S.P was worth in Jan. It also makes me wonder what you feel the s.p will be worth when fully open, based on your estimations I would suggest a lot lower then the rest of us.

I feel maybe 1.24 was a little ambitious and we pegged back a little , today while the future looks great in my opinion it was a day to talk about money , and there is no denying we are in 4.5billion pound debt, so the market has responded accordingly back to 90p , a bigger retrace then I imagined it would , but currently as things stand I consider this undervalued, and I personally think a healthy slow rise will happen over the coming months and year.

However I wish you all the luck in finding your entry point , and as you say if not to be its not to be , bit with todays news and it not dropping out of the 90p range im scratching my head to why you think it will drop another 20%

I also picked up on that point fun , mooky said that was probably only positive of 2020 , which I tried pointing out on a different thread , but was hard to type and listen , and gathered most people will be listing anyway.

Bit goes to show we will be a different more efficient company moving forward.

Glad others agreed with my post , to be honest the ones who replied I wasn't surprised with and I'm sure we will all be talking later in the year , there's a real good group here.

They think 2022 will be back to 2019 levels , very honest regarding deals with cinemas and finance agreements that are in place .

My point is i was extremely confident in my holding , if I'm honest todays news makes me think I may need to hold a little longer then planned to get my personal target price. But the future is very very promising.

The reason for this post is try not to listen to the complete idiots here , union Pacific, malice , Jim itrader plus others etc who have either shorted this stock or made incredibly bad judgement calls and lost money. These people DO NOT have your interests and dont care if you lose money. their aim is to cause disruption , make you consider your holding, and will emphise the rubbish that is printed in articles such as mootly fools etc etc .and create random opinions based on no fact or relevance to cinemas.

One comment last night was 3% vaccinated worldwide we need 80% , serious our cinemas are mainly U.S and UK the likes of chad Afghanistan, Colombia, Bolivia etc etc etc have no bearing on this stock and how many people they have vaccinated.

We know we are heavy in debt ,( 4.5billion) however some of the comments they have put on here are laughable and have no reason to be on any cinema board , when this goes up again we will all remain and these idiots will leave and disrupt another board they have shorted , gonon thier profiles you can see a trend over numerous boards.

Have faith in why you invested , we have finance secured to the end of the year even if they remain closed, we have a huge 2 year movie slate coming in state of the art cinemas , dont sell on a huge dip to let others benefit.
If you don't need the money my advice is have patience, hold your shares and see what they are worth in the summer and beyond.

Rember we went to low 20s it was a horrible time because we shut , we are now in 90s because while pandemic will remain around the world the UK and u.s are way ahead on vaccinations and we will reopen again , so if worth 90p now imagine when fully reopen when films are showing.

I'm not trying to ramp this share iif it comes across that way appoligies , I try and give a honest opinion , my point is there idiots will say the most ridiculous things to cause controversial discussions.
My advice listen to mooky , do your own research and trust your judgement on why you invested in the first place , I'm sure you didn't invest to sell on a huge dip

Legal issues hope to be sorted with agreement on purchase of cineplex ( my phone broke up but appeared to suggest agreement out of court )

More details on w.b deal and how happy cine and w.b are , are they talking to other studios such as universal? They are talking to universal, no deal yet but they will still be showing thier movies , 17 days hoping to negotiate to 31

Cinemas hoping to open with 60% admission , others may be slightly less , maybe 50% but hope to compensate with more showings

Relaunch of unlimited cinema in U.S UK and Poland

Just shown slides of newly refurbished cinemas , something they don't need to spend money on now , all 800 inas have been visited , some were damaged due to graffiti etc but nothing more and all sorted

A new build state of art cinema in texas
Movie slate changes weekly however it seems confirmed and not moving
9 blockbusters in q1 q2 and q3 , 27 in total , plus others considered non blockbuster

Intresting , mooky hopes to open uk cinemas 2 weeks early providing vaccinations carry on like they have done

Huge efficency moving forward , one of positives in 2020 was to renegotiate on everything, so prices not thought of before will now have savings.

Sihaj your absolutly right , a dip is a buying opportunity, the sp dropped to 98p this morning and already back up nicely.

If it drops tomorrow and I say IF it won't be how far it drops to initially, its what happens in the few hours after , this mornings board was all about the drop but now we are in the green a few hours later .
Will be a intresting day, as I said I'm more looking forward to seeing where we acctualy are at this point as I know already where we are going to.

The only point I was trying to make is noone knows the sp reaction tomorrow, might be good might be bad , but it certainly won't be just on the fact we have been shut since November.
However if we stayed open with no films wages and rent to pay etc etc I would prob have sold by now and wait for announcement as it would be pretty obvious things would be worse then expected

I'm continually reading that tomorrow's results day will bring doom and gloom and the share price will likley fall to around 90p per share.

This i find amazing, firstly that some posters many of which are first time posters have a crystal ball to predict this and 2nd that they predict this will drop in the first place.

Now let's be clear im not suggesting it won't drop and I'm also not suggesting it won't drop below £1 , why won't i because i simply don't know what the results will be.

Surley if this is a guaranteed drop then why are people still buying , why is the s.p rising and why isn't everyone selling to make more money on a day trade . The answer to these questions it isn't guarenteed to drop.

Let me re emphasis a point i have made 2 times already.
From a couple of random articles I have pulled off the Internet the expected loss is approx a further 1 billion , so the market knows that cineworld will be reporting a loss , how does it know this well the doors have been shut since November. It doesn't take a scientist to know this

So this is a baseline if you like , so if mooky reports 2 billion loss the market will drop loads and I would imagine you will see the likes of 90p for a short time before everyone buys the cheap shares.
However if mooky reports a loss of 500m them this will be a upside and the s.p will act in a positive way and the price will go up.

There are also other factors in mind , the daily market for one, the sentiment and the news , we have seen on no news from cine but government alone has increased this to 1.24 and a nice exit for NO FEAR , this while our doors are shut , on the flip side we have announced reopen in the US and this has dropped 20% in a few days.

As I said if we report a huge loss dont necessarily expect massive drops , the same way if mooky reports 200m losses it doesn't mean huge rises , what will be intresting is the hours after the announcement , thats when we will see the full extent of whats happening, after all mooky can announce profit tomorrow but if everyone sells their shares it will drop the S.P

My point is its not a full drawn conclusion that this drops or rises , we find this out tomorrow , but to say we are dropping because of results alone is laughable and the fact it comes from people that didn't even know results were out a few days ago means we are paying to much attention to idiots , these will ultimately lose in the long run.

Tomorrow is good to see what damage has been done and to lay bear on the table where we are , I couldn't give a flying monkeys if this dropped to 50p or increases to 1.40 , I'm not selling either way.

Until tomorrow we simply don't know how much this drops or how much this rises

A lot of talk on the price and how its dropping etc etc , can drop to 10p for all i care as I'm in till at least production in 2023 and will buy on dips, a fully production lithium mine in 2 years will be worth a lot more then the price building one today , mining sector always seems to be slow and the markets across the board are pretty bad this week .

Patience is all that's required here

Yep I have also seen it , the first offer of 50p a share was rejected and while the 2nd of £10 a share was sufficient for LTH the ones who are considering selling today were a little indecisive and asked for more time to think about it

So what if it goes down 20% Friday on the extreme news we have lost billions more then expected.
Is that the time to sell, eeeeeeeeer NO why would anyone consider selling on the lowest point .

Its also baffling to understand why everyone is presuming this is heading down on Thursday and may be part of the reason we are going down due to a huge sell off. Of this is the case again people are just losing hard earned cash and selling on huge dips which amaze me.

Yes this may go down on Thursday of course it could with the market and possible downside of results.
Bit as previously mentioned if the results show a upside and we actually saved more money, this will go up.

I'm not suggesting which way it could go , I'm jist saying its not guaranteed to go down
