Mrstu this type of thread had every right to be on here and I applaud you for doing it on what can be at times a very distasteful b.b , I'm also guilty of that and play my part.

However It frustrates the hell out of me on this particular b.b you can't raise these issues without being targeted. I can guarantee on any other b.b if a company was due a court case There would be multiple threads with intresting discussion regarding it , why??? Because its important to the company and its shareholders. Yet on this particular board you need to get permission first or face the wrath.

Talk like this is very misleading and to now say I didn't get the thread based on the chat above is ridiculous.

To make it clear I THINK and I hope cineworld win this case, statements above tend to give the impression cineworld will win this case 100% , in a case that's not even been heard in court I find it to even think like this incredibly nieve.

Who said cineplex WILL win the court case.

Henri nice link, with you currrent field myself and I'm sure others would love to hear your opinion on the case rather then from 2 Herbert's who have a opinion on anything and everything.

I have issues with real trolls , this is people encouraging YOU TO SELL I don't do that.

Smalltrader scaremongering isn't the word I would use to describe myself, far from it in fact, I have said absolutly countless times it's only a paper loss until you sell , have faith in mooky etc etc , unfortunately you never had that real belief yourself and by your own words SOLD at a LOSS back last year , you then seeing the share price rise to 90p, with the loss you encountered and the guilt for selling then became too emotionally attached and brought in again only to see it rise and then unfortunately drop back in the red , so I get now why you are the way you are.

You go on about mookys bonus etc etc and how it will get there but let's be clear you and your mate WONT be here at 1.90 , you will be long gone as you would of sold up by then with profit hopefully , I say profit as if you have it I have it also.

Lpd you use a whole post to explain to the trolls you have filtered why you won't share information and waste your time on them , you then simply finish the post with a link sharing the info , made me giggle and for that I will give your post a like , something you crave and work for.

I'm no lawyer , I'm no expert in stocks and shares I'd be a m.m if I was , but what I do like is to get as much facts as I can GOOD and BAD on a company I have invested my money in. it doesn't make them a scaremongering, trolls, derampers , forked tounge , ungrateful etc , it simply makes them a good investor , after all if you listened to the good and bad last time you prob wouldn't of sold and now sit on

There clearly is mitigation on both sides otherwise it wouldn't go to court , if cineplex felt there was nothing they can do why take it to court???? This will not be as one sided as some suggest, I'm pretty sure yoi go to cineplex board they will have similar posters suggesting the same in favour of cineplex

The posts on here are opinion only , certainly no lawyers of court room judges here including me , if a poster here can say that it will be thrown out based on Canadian law new debt levels or simply covid is absolute madness.

Facts are at this moment in time we ARE going to court.
Might get settled out of court but will hardly be a secret if this happens and what the outcome was.

We lose we end up with a lot more cinemas and I would expect a drop in s.p , due to more money being paid out.
Win I would expect a nice rise as that contract will be off our necks and I imagine some kind of compensation.

Never have I heard a case where a company loses a court case and it has not effected the s.p negatively, same if someone wins and it doesn't effect positive.

My opinion only of course, but I STRONGLY STRONGLY advice against listening to posters here who try and offer legal counsel., and offer outcomes when they don't even know the price we make on popcorn.

Least your 80p target is more realistic then the prediction of £1.50 you had at the end of this month.

You talk like you have been in this share for years , fact Is you brought shares here in march at a time when refinanced was agreed , cinemas were due to open and vaccines were jabbing in arms.

So spare the lecture on where cineworld have come from, most here have been here when we were closed ,s.p dropped to 20p and looked like it was going bankrupt, you talk like you also experienced it , fact is you didn't .

I have to agree Henri , this offer will not be aimed at the cinema livers that go at least 2 times a month , if they had a brain cell between them they would already have a cinema card.

This will be aimed at the people that go perhaps once a month or once a quarter, taking 30 quid of them plus food is prob more then they would get from them without the card.

Lol yep I check on on all of mine daily , and I know some I'm gonna gold for multiple years , I always thinks its worth knowing what's happening with your money.

There is always that bit of news that could make you sell early or buy more. This is jist a frustrating share right now , I said after all the drops this is now a lot longer hold for me , i just need to be patient

Jg mate , if your gonna exit at 75p try not too watch it to much in the day , it won't reach 75p today or tomorrow , so turn off the computer and take time out.

It will get there and then you can hit the sell button once exit price has reached

We can speculate all we want on how busy cinemas are at the weekend , who's playing games and why , how much money is made on popcorn , the reasons why films are delayed , how many shorts are around and how much they will get burned , how much films make , how much films lose money , debt, covid stats , who's a forked tounge , who has multiple accounts , geeez we even speculate on who's long term holding here.

All that matters is you were happy to buy your shares at a time you felt where good value for money , you researched the company and saw growth over a certain period of time.
If that's the case all this will be reflected in the next financials , Tom dick and Harry might say we have lost money and huey dewey and Louie might say we have made it.

Fact is last set of financials showed more progress is being made then the time before , and if the next set show even more progress and we are making money, debt is being paid or to be paid then the S.P will look after itself.

Sure it's nice to see the reports being posted here on how much money films are making etc and what films are next as it keeps sentiment up , but don't feel hard done by if the s.p doesn't move how you expect it.

If the company does well the s.p will , certainly isn't due to messages being posted here , after all we didn't see the s.p rocket when Jordan888 mentioned takeover or when netflix were to buy us so why should it if someone posts something on the opposite sentiment.

You say your invested but then expect drops , that tells me your invested as a shorter.

Why not post your message on your original thread rather then start a new one , it's simply to keep your message going and hide any previous responses to you. A tactic many use while ramping or deramping.

With all the doom and gloom your small brain produces I'm amazed you find it in you to invest at all.
