I admit we do get a lot of rns , personally I like it , I think its unusual for a company to keep this up to date with its shareholders. And I for one am grateful.

But to put things in perspective unlike most company's who will bring out a rns every couple of months we are involved in the following in no particular order.

These are the key projects, now who here can say we don't have any idea what's going on with each project. I would also add the rns that have been released for each one would warrant the same from any other company if they were involved in the project.( so expected and useful info)

It's just we are involved in so much that it seems we get much much more then we should.

To finish so many b.b moan about the communication, I say pj and Power your doing a excellent job in just that and keep up the good work. I would alsonadd many of these projects are early stages that won't rock the s.p yet , as shareholders all we are required to do is give power a bit of time and patience.

Looking at your posting style and history you have no worries chump , you will still be at the very top of the loser list.

Genuinly excited Power are involved in lithium now , with luck a nice big chunk of it will will found , i have a couple of lithium miners on my portfolio because over the next few years the forcast for them is due to increase significantly.

With the world wanting to go green and the demand for electric cars etc with LITHIUM battery's its a very wise move heading into this commodity.

Personally I do think it matters what the others are saying , it might give a insight into what the opposition is thinking or where they believe they will win the case.

None of us are lawyers here otherwise we wouldn't be here talking all day about what this lawyer said , who's dressed better, or what addidas latest trainers are.

And if you truly believe why ot doesn't matter on what people say here why do you spend so much time talking about the case IMHO, in my honest opinion.

Bluebuxton my fav is the fella saying I'm in court right now and we are ALL agreeable that cimeplex are favorable to win this, yet offer no reason why.

You would think a bunch of people who work in law could explain further.

Thought I would have a look at a chat room full of cineplex shareholders , here's a few quotes at what they said , some are pretty funny. What I did notice Is not a single one of them offer a reason behind their bold claims. It just comes across very rampy like like typical American chat room. Anyway here's a few , .............

I read a good analysis of Cineworld's strategy:, Cineworld knows they will most likely lose at trial and at an appeal but are trying to drag out the timeline.

This additional time will allow Cineworld to raise money with the Regal Cinemas IPO and will lower the amount of Cineplex's damages as Cineplex's share price will significantly increase after a successful trial. So if Cineplex wins at trial, its share price will increase to $22-$28/share and the difference from $34/share is much less than today-- lowering the damages. Not a bad strategy for Cineworld.

I work in the court room everyday for criminal, civil, family… everything. In fact I’m at the courthouse watching the live stream. We’re all agreeable … so far as to what we’ve watched and heard thus far, Cineplex is favourable to win if things continue the way they are.

IMHO, Cineplex had a great day at court. 

The share price after the trial decision will be in the high $20s. Cineworld really is grasping at straws trying to justify their attempts to get out of this contract and the $44/share purchase price.

There is a lawyer’s opinion on Reddit that said this trial is no-doubter for Cineplex.

I have heard that there currently is an offer to settle to buy Cineplex at $22/share but Cineplex is balking. They are looking for $28+.

reading the above only adds to my confidence we are currently doing well , what I like about the cineworld b.b is SOME posters have offered genuine legal reasons why point A or point B is good for cineworld , and have also added certain points live from the courtroom , we haven't had that over on their chatroom.

Anyway I was only an observation on how the other side are feeling.

The news kinda answered my question on stats tonight.

So it was 201 deaths today that have died for ANY reason within 28 days of a positive test.

So if you have a positive test and die in a rta , cancer , old age, in your sleep ,suicide, old age, hit by a blimp , or any other reason it adds to the stats.

Unbelievable really , for all we know out the 201 , 40 may have been directly related to covid.

( note)If I mentioned a cause of death that's close to the heart right now appoligies , just used as part of the message , all deaths are horrible whatever way we look at it.

Personally i dont think the people are lawyers who are listening in , including me , so we will be looking out for key sentences ot potential headlines we believe would be case winning , many will be irrelevant, I'm sure it's not that easy.

Hearing the cineplex board have us beat doesn't surprise me , like we have a intrest in cineworld they will be looking out for key sentences that will help them. Again many I'm sure irrelevant.

I'm sure that both sets of lawyers know what road they will go down to try and win the case , ultimately 1 will win and 1 will lose , fingers crossed we win.

With regards to the s.p I genuinly have no idea, when it was 1.20 odd vaccines were just starting to roll out , cinemas were still shut and financials were laid bare , since then most of the nation has been jabbed , cinemas are open with a fantastic film slate and financials have showed good progress but the s.p has fallen nearly in half , logic doesn't really come into it.

I used to promote the above quite often here, but since the s.p drop I have took a different approach, the s.p will be what it is , I have faith over a period of time it will recover, and will listen to the financials as they happen hoping for progress each time, this will move the s.p

Fact Is s.p is volitile at times here, and logic hardly ever works, we have had great film releases which have made good money and the s.p has dropped , and rather then predict 1.50 s.p by month end due to bond being released I'm now at the point I wouldn't be surprised if it moves a lot less then others predict. This attitude has led to me being labeled many things.

Ultimately I don't care , financial results can't be ignored and in time I'm positive the s.p will recover, and that's all that matters.

It's a very good question why were the payments in first 3 months of 2020 deffered?? And one that would need answering.

I do agree with them regarding not knowing the impact of the pandemic though......

The UK didn't do ANYTHING till March, for instance March 9 2020 Leicester City thrashed Aston Villa 4-0 in front of 30,000 fans , thats a lot of people in close proximity) and cinemas over here didn't close till March 20th that year.

Moving to Canada again they didn't start closing things till 17th march.

My point is providing we are being adult about this buissnesses will follow the lead from the government, the speed in which covid took over surprised most governments let alone before we consider the buissnesses it shut and effected.

The deffered payments is a question that definitely needs answering , why did they do this if it was buissness as usual?, but I'm sure we can forgive a cinema chain on the other side of the world for not being so worried about the pandemic when the rest of the world couldn't care less until early March.

I'm more then calm on this long term hold , but why shouldn't people be happy with movement north.

While I totally agree with the sentiment we need to carry on with this virus there has been a uptrend in the amount in hospital , I remember when we were having single digit deaths and the hospital admissions were falling nicely.

At one point they were sitting around 900 ave maybe a little less , but forward a few months we are now at 8.5k currently in hospital. So it has been a steady rise and something they should be looking at.

What I would love to see is detailed stats on how many are dying with full vaccination, how many have refused the vaccination and are in hospital and the ave age currently hospitalised.

The government might of missed a trick , if its all youngsters or people who have refused the vaccine then it will only encourage more to get it , however if its full of fully vaccinated then questions will be asked by the press who love a doom and gloom story. It's this part that gets me wondering why the silence

Reading the article it appears there is connection from 2012 bond film also, so no surprise addidas are doing trainer.

I'm pretty sure there will be merchandise all over for bond , its a famous film, I doubt however some trainers made by addidas will rock the s.p.

And before anyone says yes its advertising , I get that , but unless you have been on the MOON the last 2 years , everyone knows bond is here, it's delay was the reason we shut after all.
