Andyman chill
Respect the bench as you demand is proberbly terminology used amongst court staff , and although many are reporting the case i doubt many have a clue what's acctually happening in court , myself can be added to that statement, I choose to put faith in cineworlds lawyers and hope they win the case , while listening to the juicy bits reported in the media.
But why should he hang his head in shame???
Politicians are responsible for maintaining the safety of great British citizens as well as the security of the country etc etc , yet do they always recieve the respect they deserve , absolutly not , and their are rouge ones at that too, who have been fired or at times recieved custodial sentences. We only have to look at Mr Han**** as a example. Would you demand respect for politicians?
Police officers are paid to maintain good order and discipline and make sure everyone follows the law , do they get respect nope not always , I have friends who have been injured in the job and is there are again a small amount of rouge ones, again absolutly yes , many sent to prison. However would you demand respect for them???
Geez even the Royal family are going through a tough time now with a certain allegation from the U.S.
My point there are good people that work in courts no doubt about it , and I'm happy in your many years you have seen nothing but good, it gives me a little more faith in the system , however I wonder what 95% of the prison population think of judges and some of them will be convicted as innocent people , are they wrong to not have respect for the bench.
Once the judge makes a desicion on this case if cimeplex win there will be uproar here , I doubt they will respect the bench , similar of it goes the other way
