First time reading the board for a few days, complete waste of my time apart from this thread and maybe one or 2 others.

Spoon key firstly I don't like your tone in asking me to explain why my children are getting vaccinated against covid like we have done something wrong to a public forum.

However I will try and justify it by answering you because I believe its the right thing to do , others may not , its down to them to look at risk and make a desicion as a family.

Firstly my daughter has quite bad asthma , its something we haven't discussed at length , she made the choice she wanted it , and it's a choice I'm happy she made.

Secondly a school girl died in Portsmouth very recently , she was one of my nieces best friends , so yes low risk in kids but not totally risk free.also a boy in the same year as my boy has been admitted to hospital and currently on oxygen. With luck that's all he will need and for a short period and he will make a speedy recovery.

Lastly both my kids are in secondary school right now, both caught covid from school , and I can assure you that the schools are absolute breeding grounds for this disease, its my personal belief once the numbers drop of in schools the country will be on a better position., I also think its the kids that are causing high numbers and passing it on , kids after all are not maybe as hygienic as adults with covid.

I hope this satisfys you , I also find it amazing you wish me to explain to the group why my kids are having covid due to low risk and then you go on to moan at mountainous that covid is getting worse.

Now before you long term holders hit me with but I like the positivity, it's good for moral , its good for this and that I simply ask why do you need that type of fake positive energy that happens very rarely, even a broken clock is right twice a day.

There is enough positive real news that is happening right now , we have seen the numbers coming out for the latest films , we have seen genuine progress released from mooky in last results , we are anticipating good court case news , we are anticipating good trading update, we are expecting a good end of year come march.

I don't need to hear great news here everyday to convince me I made the right or wrong choice , I simply listen to the real news coming direct from the company or decent sources rather then the rampers and trolls clogging the board up on here.

The government also said that they had a huge supply of vaccines available which is great news.
They are urging 12 to 15 year old to get vaccinated ( my daughter who is 12 gets done today, my boy will be soon as he has just recovered from covid so not eligible for few weeks.

I would imagine and hope the booster jabs will roll out quickly , 1) because its being giving to the people who have wanted the vaccine so no reason to believe they won't want the booster , and 2 because of the huge supply mentioned , will hopefully lead to positive news.

I really hope it's a bit of both walshy , we saw with bond how it went up nicely but being the only news and the view it's being manipulated it soon went back down.

A double dose of a court win before a good trading update would be very very hard to ignore , both decent financial news and a clear factual indication on where we are heading.

Let's hope we can get a good court case win followed by a great trading update, i would personally prefer that order as I can see anything other then a convincing court case bring a good trading update back down.

Whilst a not so great court day followed by a decent trading will show where we are , as I expect they will include any damages.

I expect good news on both fronts personally like everyone else , particularly the trading update of and as it arrives

Why will travel restrictions return, they are just about tibease even further , I'm of to munich in 2 weeks and now only have to do a lateral flow test ok day 2 when I return, it's to enable travel to be easier.

Masks are not such a bad thing, airports , train stations etc youbare still required to wear them.

Working from home , whys that bad news , many buissnesses now do it because they realise it works and they can save money.

The last to points I can see happening, but the international travel I think is a little premature

Not watching the court case gives me the right to limited opinion , so clearly thinking behind the rest of you that have took time out to watch it.

My thinking was how could we ever be in such a position where we end up paying out money , when our counterclaim is that strong , surley with us losing it was only mitigation that would bring the costs down.

But then I had a brain fart and realised that's not the only way for minimal damages.
I never took into consideration that cineplex even if they win the case have been far far from perfect. I would imagine if the judge felt we are at wrong and gives the case to cineplex, (albeit in extreme case) then she could look at cineplex and determine that because of all their wrongs there claim would be brought down significantly which would then give minimal damages.

My thinking was and for arguments sake only if we say finished the court case as owing 50k to cineplex for a small claim they are entitled too , surley with our case being presented we will still be owed money.

I'm trying to work out a way in my head where there is a chance we will have to pay minimal and all our claim is dismissed , is that not the only way we will pay minimal damages however unlikley that scenario is

Yeah aware hull has a nick there , it was killingholme that got me wondering , for some reason i didnt connect it to hull and Immingham.

We didn't see much of the area , we stayed at the hilton next to hulls tiny airport, prob the worst hilton I have stayed at lol. Although I am currently in a nice one in the middle of graffiti central in Bristol which is giving it a run for its money

I'm not going to argue with you in regards to the court case , I have said many many times I haven't watched it , choosing to letting the lawyers do their thing.

So I can only go off this board to try and gauge where things are going, and I like the real positive energy it has generated.

I'm not disecting your post , its impossible to debate something I haven't been part off I would lose hands down , but there was a common sentence I have seen written by a few posters , and was wondering if you could clarify for me please what the thinking is behind it . I will also try and write this in the tone where it can be seen that I'm not being negative because it's being written by me.

A lot here ( again not just you) seem to think this is more or less a guaranteed win due to what you have all witnessed and heard in court, however it also gets mentioned in the same sentence if we lose the general opinion is we would pay minimal damages. Lpd mentioned it for instance in his post earlier. As have others.

My query is why do we think it will be minimal if we lose the case , forgetting and putting our strong case aside for 2 mins , if we lose to cineplex I presume it's because the judge felt cineplex were right and we were wrong.

Am I right in tthinking that the opinion by you and others is that we would have so much mitigation that the judge would have no choice but to lower the award to cineplex based on this. And this would be in a freak scenario that's been overlooked here due to our strong case.

I have tried wording this the best I can without sounding negative , it always raises my eyebrows when I see a good post giving plenty of reasons why we should win, but then ending with a but if we lose then expect minimal payout.

Personally I'm not interested in pre covid s.p , I don't need the s.p to reach say £2 to recharge my target price, I have invested on a recovery rather then to get back where we were.

If showing some of netflix superb stuff brings in revenue , attracts a bigger audience and offers something different to cineworld , then that only brings my exit price sooner imho.

So in answer to your question more then happy with netflix link and more then happy with the way cinema recovery is heading.
