Haven't been there since me and p.w had a nose a few weeks back.

Have to say there's little on the court case which I find strange , more about the films etc , of the chat that there is some are saying its pretty much guaranteed for cineplex , however....... there is one funny thread where a load of saying cineworld come out on top.

They are certainly not as confident as a group then a few weeks back

Just report report report , sooner or later they will remove the sad individual.

It's a very very weird thing to do , trash a share for so long which you have no desire to invest in.

Point 3 you make is quite intresting and possibly one that's been overlooked here. So far all eyes have been where cineplex have messed up and it seems quite a lot , I didn't realise if cineworld had breached in anyway that puts a few cats amongst the pigeons, it's prob why the folk over on cineplex board a few weeks back were hopefull.

I thank you again for your opinion , while I'm still energised by the energy in the room for cineworlds case I also note , noone is selling other parts of there portfolio to add here for our pretty much guaranteed win.

My belief is still a cineworld win but a cautious one nethertheless

I notice that my entire portfolio bar 1 is nicely in the blue today.

The ftse 100 is up , the ftse 250 is up the ftse 350 is up and even the aim market is up.

Ot makes more sence to me and I suspect that's why cineworld is sitting at a 2-3% increase rather then any court case proceedings yesterday, After all cineplex has increased approx 6% the past month , both sides can not be winning if its only court that's effecting the s.p. ,I'd also be very shocked to see huge rises today based on any court case testimonies, with luck it will stay in the 2-3% range which I will be very happy with.

I'm also looking forward to the conclusion of this court case, where hopefully if in our favour the s.p can then react nicely to it.

If I hadn't asked we would never of known his background, moving on I'm sure most here will be grateful for any input he may add regarding the court case.

I'm concerned we have had multiple kidnappings , regular posters that like to Diss this share have gone missing.

I'm happy with the overall opinion here , I'm happy with the way the case is going. I'm grateful for the contribution made here regarding the case and based on that contribution I personally feel we are winning this case period.

However I am not expecting 10% rises based on evidence in a open court case today , and just because I don't see this as say cut and dry as some here and that's maybe my downfall for not watching the court sessions , doesn't mean I'm not optimistic regarding the case.

I wouldn't base my financial investment desicions on financial advice from bc or pawelbak I would be mad right as they are not financial advisors , Is it so wrong of me to have the same cautious approach with regards to this court case , very very few of us here are professionals in this field ,

I simply sought out people who WERE more professional In this field and the only way to do that was ask, I want to get their opinion of how things are going , that's all I was after , and not only would that be a benefit to me but actually the board , not only would it be good to hear their views it would mean identifying them ment their message wouldn't get lost in the less experienced views.

I'm struggling to understand what's wrong with doing that , it's not like I haven't dismissed everything thats been said I again repeat I'm grateful for it.

Alex your comment is the exact reason I'm letting cineworlds lawyers do the buissness and taking stuff written here as just reading material I hope is accurate ,the moment court of law starts giving out guilty or no guilty verdicts based on location os the moment we live in a lawless world.

I believe there are at least 1 or 2 others with court experience based on the way they write their posts , but the lack of responce to my original post suggests few of us here including myself are by any means lawyers here.

I'd also be amazed if massive drops and rises occur based on something thats said in a court session , if it was that clear cut already I believe the judge would end proceedings , but they haven't.,

With that said with the general feel in here im very happy with what's being reported , and would expect a nice rise after the judge has given their verdict providing of course its in our favour

Hmmmm disagree still mate , the price of tomorrow's s.p won't be determined on how many shares were brought through the day , especially when there is only 1.5m difference in the trading day.

Genuinly I have liked listening to the various opinions on the court case. My only understanding of how well we are doing is simply from reading the comments here. I have warched no more then 5 mins , one reason the s.p won't rise if I did watch more , 2nd reason I put my faith in the cineworld lawyers and hope they get the victory and 3rd and most importantly I would prob get lost in all the court talk and miss valuable points.

With that said can I ask do we have any lawyer people here or people familiar with this type of lawsuit, I have liked listening to certain posters who I hope by the way they report are familiar with how the court works etc ,

I also think we have a lot of people reporting the bits they want to report which doesn't give the overall picture , I'm not suggesting the opinion of most here should be disregarded or isn't worth listening to , simply is it a opinion of a novice looking in or do we have people that know what they are seeing and reporting in their professional opinion.

What I would find hilarious to view is a discussion between the 2 talking about their views and their forcasts.

Trolls will come out on bad days , rampers come out on good days , will always be like that in every board

I'm a self confessed lurker , post here very occasionally, why I'll say it again, simply because others offer a lot lot more then me.

I'm not gonna lie I'm really disappointed with the way the s.p has reacted to the pfs , for months its been a key date of ours , we have all been waiting hoping that it will change the way the s.p is , it didn't.

So I dust down like i always do , keep holding the gem I have and carrying on holding for the next few years like I always planned too.

Hydrogen, bamps paddy and all the others don't, I repeat don't control the s.p , what they offer is sound technical posts. The trolls always resurface on days like this, it's whay they do.

But don't think all the posters that offer so much , and there are to many to mention here are not appreciated by the vast majority.

The trolls only speak for themselves, only here to disrupt , there weird way of getting kicks in life.

I'm pretty sure I speak for many here , to you fine posters simply keep posting its really really appreciated by us lurkers.
