What a weird and embarrassing thread.

It really has been a different day today, great update and this tops it off nicely for me. Not even smalltrader who offers so much more then bc and been a good supporter of lpd gets this special treatment
I will go to bed shortly with a smile.

Without bringing the tone down from a good update today I honestly don't think we are breaking even let alone in profit at the moment , if so that would of been the major headlines.

Confirmation from the company (best source) that we are moving in the right direction is good enough for me today , and I expect it will possibly be March before we hear figures from the board again.

Next set of positive news from the board will hopefully be a courtcase win , followed by a few months news of record breaking box office numbers from the decent relevant websites.

Who knows what will happen with the s.p next month or so , with luck a bit of momentum will follow , no-one really knows I guess

We had one month in profit kickthepuss , prob down to bond , and the 5 week month I have just seen fun mention about earlier.

But .....confirmation things continue heading in the right direction

Jg I hear you with regards to the s.p , I have been one as you know for not doing a premature celebration.

The real news is the progess for me , you can see month on month more people are returning , thats what we are all invested in right , the recovery.
I'm personally not getting too excited about the 127% , there are factors why that was so high, but doesn't mean we shouldn't enjoy reading those numbers.

The s.p and your investment are a separate journey to how the company is doing, I done a post last night explaining why.

The s.p will sort itself out when we can prove them numbers of customers will continue to get better , more money is being made and we get more months cash positive, today is a strong indication in my view we are heading that way.

14.30 pm we are still just under 10% up based on a sole trading update showing good progress.
Yes it went higher first thing , but any share will always consolidate and pull back a little after a rise of over 15%.

I read some of the comments and sence a little disappointment in how the rest of the day has gone , I repeat again we are just under 10% up for the day.

No-one here is saying we have done it , far from it , a long way to go yet , we know over the last 6 months we have only had one month cash positive in Oct, we all know bond prob was the reason behind it , cash burn also still likley which is prob why real numbers were not released.

But cineworld once again shows great progress, shows more people are coming back to the cinema which equals hard cash , shows a decent film slate coming up to accommodate those people.

We have had many many bad days , today's real progress shown is the big news which is good, with the bonus of added s.p makes today a great day.

I'll enjoy today because there will be worse days in the future while on the road to our complete recovery.

My opinion only of course.

I have been a huge supporter of yours on ggp and value all the information you give to that board.

But you coming over dissing another c.e.o of a stock you are not invested in really lowers your standards and for a moment you become one of the ones you constantly battle.

If you are invested then p.j I'm afraid if we like it or not is a major factor here , so supporting him I would guess be better then going against him

Whatever the s.p price at the end of the day , take note that we are progressing , thats all we can do month on month in a recovery.

All the time cineworld recovers the s.p will have to acknowledge that sooner or later

Still no celebrating , but a 15% rise is certainly not a reason to not smile, I hope we can maintain it through the week now

No mate I done a little research and acctually added lol , I'm in the red at the moment , but prepared to leave for a year and see where its at.

It's typical if I left it , it would of carried on flying , buy and it drops

Today was a great update which we should all just simply enjoy.
Debate will soon resume on where 1 month positive cash flow puts us , how much cash are we burning , what the future holds, and who has the biggest ***** for calling this and that , etc etc. Any future dip which will happen will also see the trolls return.

Simply put we have craved for mooky to speak , he has done that.
We have craved for a update, we have got that.
We wanted confirmation of more progress, we have seen more then that.
We have craved some silence from the relentless trolls , we have that for now

Today no matter where the s.p ends up, if its positive neutral or down shouldn't matter , the company you have invested in continues to make big strides and big progress
