Yep those licences are well and truly in askari metals hands now after they wrapped up the deal for them in January, they are also debt free and preparing drilling imminently

A long way from those naughty rampers here that wouldnt stop going on , that those licences will "just be giving to kefi" .

The good news for kefi is if anything is found and a deposit needs processing, im sure kefibwill be able to help.

The market had already brought the ceremony and the traders simply sold the news , happens a lot with kefi

New posters came here for ratification week, share price increased , and was sold down on the official news

Same with bank sign off , its typical AIM markets behaviour

Good thing for kefi is the pull backs are bringing in higher lows.

I have never been convinced kefi have followed the gold price , they have none to sell.......yet , the gold price nearer first pour will be more important in 2028-2029 then what it is in feb 2026.

Kefi also need to demonstrate they can do construction in a timely manner, something they have zero history of doing when you consider how long finance took.

That fortunately won't all be down to harry now.

Traders will move on from here soon while construction phase happens , they always do , I expect kefibtobreally start picking up nearer first pour. My opinion and all that

Im simply saying if a country goes to war, its likley to effect a stock price regardless of fundamentals of the buisness.

Kefi have secured finance , had the ceremony which was attended by the prime minister and are well on the way to finally moving on to the next step of their project. If you expected the s.p to fly on this news , then you have either been influenced to much by the rampers or simply got it wrong , if you expected the sell off then you should of sold and rebrought or give yourself a pat on the back.

That said it all can chamge in a heartbeat , a few days ago certain rampers were demanding apologys, while celebrating and getting all giddy and a few months ago the likes of me didnt believe we would see 2p again anytime soon. This forum has also attracted many many new user names , very little posting history and accounts created last few days , they post plenty of words but little actual fact on kefi.

I think its a shame that while kefi have took huge strides forward this last few months despite how the s.p has reacted , this forum has gone back 18 months.

Firstly my opinions on this stock HAVENT changed , I still think there will be a quiet period in the s.p before production and i dont see it moving to 5p in weeks , I admit im surprised a little how much it has moved , so congratulations to qnard and a few others who ibhave time for.

The talk that many long term holders have lost out because of me , I totally tlrefuse to believe , I have wrote COUNTLESS times this is a one player game and anyone making investment descions based on mine and others opinion here are idiots and shouldnt be investing , i was even called out for calling such people idiots.

Countless times i have also said tk in time will do well for long term investors , i am not even the least bit tempted to buy into this stock despite the amazing few days the share price has performed.

Currently my sell price is very slightly higher then it currently is, however momentum looks like it may break that shortly, doni care , no , my own investment journey meant that I topper up my ggp holding which has made me even more money since October time , so kefi needs to rise a lot more yet before it became a financial wrong descion for me.

7th november 2024 ......for me, 3p is an absolute floor for a re-rate, 4p is pessimistic, and I'm fully expecting 5p moving towards 6p as the major works start to progress. (WELL THATS HAPPENED)

By the start of mining I would conservatively expect to be hitting £1b mcap (circa 15p)

December 2024 ....first signs of firm progress on definitive documentation (either afc ratification or tdb re-confirmation of approval, etc. - i expect at least something this side of christmas) - 0.9p

c) signing of definitive detailed documentation (this is when kefi is no longer a speculative play, hugely de-risked and npv calculations kick in) - initially 3p, period of early investor exit, eventually settling above 4p

d) listing on esx, i think the esx will value kme much higher than aim values kefi, but i'm not sure that will drive the aim price higher. sp increase will be due to further confidence that the project is moving in the right direction - 5p

2) TDB reapproval - 1p+ (or plus 20% if this comes as a separate RNS before Ratification)

3) Detailed definitive documentation - 3p to 5p. This is when entitlement to finance becomes absolutely nailed on

4) Completion of early works - +0.5p (due to additional PR)

5) Financial close - +0.5p (after all the naysayers scrambling around looking for negativity give up)

6) TKGM Launch - +1p (due to "money in the bank" and PR)

Throw the high potential of SA sale into the mix in the middle of that and it's an easy 1p+ dependant on the price that it sells for

By end of Feb there is every chance that the sp could be sitting at 5p+.

If ratification of AFC happens this week, then there’s every chance that the sp could be 3p by Christmas.

Feb 2025 I'd hate to see a LTH (8 years) sell on the 25th March only for the sp to 10x the next day!

March 2025 (ouch lol ) Perhaps it will dawn on you that GGP is now a de-risked slow moving investment. It would be monumental for GGP now to ever do 100%, but KEFI could easily do 1,000% between now and finance sign-off, and another 100% before production.(PMSL)
