Re updated SPAC timeframe - I think you just have had that ;)

Re the size of the placing - I'd have been far more concerned at a £10m+ placing as it may indicate a lack of confidence in getting the SPAC away.

The BOD hold large amounts of shares, they're not in the business of diluting themselves, or others, any more than they have to and they clearly don't have to in the hottest sector on the planet right now.

If the money guys are boo hooing at that then tough titty, they'll have to buy on the market like everyone else - if you think they couldn't have placed £30m at 30p then you're out of your mind ..........

None of us LTH can complain - it 10x bagged from the low with, I imagine, many of us netting at least a 4x and now we have anew floor at 7.5x the low.
