You naysayers need to recognise that there could be $2k gross profit in every ounce of the 700k Gold equivalent resource at Carlow - it ain't 2023 anymore chaps ...

Nope - I modelled $100m CAPEX for a c$250m NPV10 on Carlow's gold alone.

£5m? Big deal when there's $2b+ of metal in the ground ...

Nearly a ton of output from the pilot plant is good news at this stage.

The salient point mate is that people far more knowledgeable than us about the reality of Carlow and the surrounding prospects have just thrown $4.5m at it - clearly they're not going to do that if they think there are issues constraining either permitting or profitable production.

If there are any aspects to the resource that require extra/more expensive processing then as I've demonstrated with an enormous $2k AISC when modelling an NPV10 suggesting the mcap is still only half what it should be, there's likely an extra $500 PER OZ of costs in that AISC there to make up for it.

Lots of resources all over the World are left in the ground until the market price forces people's hands and "forgotten" gems like this suddenly multiply because as I said yesterday, it's the money guys that decide the where and when - we're not having this conversation if Gold is still at $2k but it's heading for 2x that so we are.

Yes and as I referred to recently, having local processing facilities has to speed up/make development cheaper which impacts IRR and NPV - I did take this into account when modelling the NPV10 for Carlow on existing 370k oz Gold-only, 10-year LoM, whopping $2k AISC and what seemed a healthy $100m of CAPEX taking such facilities into consideration and I still came up with an NPV10 north of $250m.

There are no perfect deposits and there are no perfect locations but there's an awful lot going for this with Gold @ $3.6k and likely heading $1k higher over the next 12 months IMO. Copper supply is screwed in the coming years too.

I can't speak to the history here but I took note of the recent $4.5m raise being used not just for this big drill campaign across multiple prospects but to also fund a project manager to start looking at the actual development of the project(s) - clearly implying that the money is ready to go here and make no mistake, it's the money guys that decide if/when, not the company. As referenced by me the other day, the fact that they're surrounded by mines and mining facilities/services can only help speed up development.

Small cap juniors, especially goldies, are where the big money will be made over the next six months - many are obviously extremely risky but the reason this saw more of my money last week than any others is because Carlow's existing estimated resource quite clearly underpins an mcap far higher than this already.

Madness that it would be on offer so cheap but that's small caps/AIM for you :)

Do please go ahead and model a likely NPV10 for Carlow alone then.

I managed to get to a £30m firesale valuation on the 370k oz Gold only with $100m capex and a whopping $2k AISC and only at PFS stage.

With all 700k oz Gold equivalent taken into account that doubles to £60m and then doubles again at DFS stage for a cool £120m firesale valuation.

As far as I'm concerned - no ramp - it's just driving back to a somewhat sensible value but really anything under penny looks madness in the current climate quite disregarding any drill results in the coming weeks and months - Carlow's current resource underwrites everything easily, even after today's rise.

What was it ever doing down at a £9m mcap??!!
