I’ve just checked social media and not a single tweet, linked in post about the Kier partnership from AFC nor Adam bond for that matter. Isn’t that a bit odd? Don’t you think that someone might have thought it was important enough? Someone tell me I’m wrong please?

Backing up what Southernhay said - I think you're overlooking where AFC are. They're not in the position to be giving this type of information out yet DW. For now, it is good enough to get them out there. Hopefully, you will get your RNS in time when it says 'Speedy Hire Contract'.

You can bet this news will be making its way around the plant hire companies, who may also have already been leant forward in to AFC......

I don't have these answers. It could equally be that Kier are not ready to take it. Also 2H of the year starts in 10 days. Maybe they want to keep people guessing so it has more of an impact when they announce it's there.

@Garonne, I sense that you expected this to be share price moving news.

Upon reading it, I did not (as the goal of obtaining a large contract from either a constructor or lease company still exists), but it does fill me with much more confidence that AFC will make it in this sector. 4 major construction companies trialling our power towers is not insignificant. Trials now / between end of the year could mean orders placed shortly after to be fulfilled next year. Things are looking positive from my perspective.

Today, AFC's market cap is 40 X expected revenue of £4.4m

Based on Zeus's expected £11.6m Rev for next year, this could go to 464m, or 63p a share if the market is valuing AFC at the same multiple as today, and AFC shows movement from this years' revenue to the next. Things should become clearer after the report.

Is a major uk constructor and has a history of being a beneficiary of uk gov contracts for things like hospitals and schools. This is an important announcement because now there are four (possibly more) constructors trialling this unit. This means that the likely hood of a major contract with a plant hire business increases significantly. Contingent on them working correctly and the operators being satisfied with the performance. Shaping up nicely for uk construction which on its own would be a massive win for afc. This is good news.

Curly, you are right but there’s always a way to withhold news, for example, you could delay the counter signature on an agreement. Also, it would be near on impossible for anyone to come up with an accusation of this that is based on any evidence.

Aside from delaying news deliberately, perhaps another way to think about it could be that they expect a milestone to be achieved by that time. Who knows, let’s see.

Bobbydaz - I’ll even go as far as to admit Ive flip flopped on my opinion of Adam bond. At times I’ve thought he was a hero, at other times like he’s pulled the wool over my eyes in a short period of time. My question to you is can you blame anyone for thinking he’s been doing a great job one minute but then feel like they’ve been mislead another. As I said, patience and benefit of the doubt for now.

If you read my posts, I have called DW, Garonne, Ade and number all out. Number and Ade are clearly derampers but I have empathy for Garonne and DW, even though I think they gone too much. Equally, I also appreciate alt and other more positive posters views and contribution. It’s a constant quest for finding the right nugget of positivity and also cause for concern.

But tbh your opinion on me doesn’t really matter, all that matters to
me is this company demonstrating progression in a clear and direct way to us at the next juncture, in a way that negates the need for ‘bingo’ posts. I wish you the best with your investment.

Bobbydaz, fwiw I agree it is the right time to release a new website, it should have been done around the time the power tower was released, but it can be forgiven due to lack of resource In marketing. What is like to see as part of the scale up is an even bigger investment in sales and marketing staff numbers. But also, more clarity on the logistics of off grid
Charging and gen sets (how do we provide continuous ‘green’ fuel to them of any kind) and lastly, some indication that we have the capability to churn out at least dozens of units a year (an improvement from single units), and a vision of how we move from that to hundreds / thousands of units per years. Preferably way before that £50m runs out.

Have I posted post after post bashing this company outside of my frustration with AB? No, just check for yourself. Again, I appeal to you, do not support the junk that Haggis posts.

I’m sorry, but I’m with desertwolf on this one. This ‘bingo’ ‘research’ is absolute Junk, as well as the analysis that this company is worth 3x the cash in the bank (shareholders funds), as well as the £10k ‘wow’.

I’m not judging anyone supporting these posts, we all want the share price to rise. This is the same person that was insisting ‘mm’s we’re holding this at £500m market cap to let the institutions in, and god knows how many other JUNK assertions over the past few months, along with his assertions to at orders were definitely on their way by May earlier this year.

For God’s sake, if you are genuine investors, stop supporting this cr* p, let’s be optimistic, but cautiously optimistic. Let’s sensibly suggest where the company is doing well and has room for improvement, but don’t support this rubbish because it makes you just as bad as the ‘derampers’ you so strongly oppose. There’s sensible posters supporting this guff, when it needs to be called out.

Thanks for your view, haggis. Further Prospects of revenue would do wonders. You’re basing the analysis on funds that have been raised from us shareholders, on that basis, this will be gradually declining from here unless AFC start growing their revenues. In fact this is a pretty dumb analysis designed to manipulate IMO.

Alt, I don’t know whether that would trigger one. Look at de Nora developments since, it seems to make sense. No company commits resources for free out of the goodness of their hearts. At that time Afc were in trouble insofar as the electrodes were concerned and perhaps it made sense at the time but you’re right perhaps it would warrant an RNS, I just don’t know.
