Surely any investor wants to know who these people are who have placed such a large order? One that has never appeared in any sales pending figures, nor pending financial close?

Or would you rather not know who this company and it’s directors are?

I’d be amazed if what I found out is correct, that any deal will come off, did you look at the parent company’s projects, they are small fry. Further it appears they have zero financials, shouldn’t that be public info? Well it is but folks are to side flanked by big numbers to look for themselves.

Luckily I have taken a look and it appears not petty, anyone wish to discuss and put another side to the story?

Think there’s information that should be in public domain.

I’d like to know that, company with less then 3 years accounts, should be intersting.

The holding company isn’t exactly rolling in dosh either, €360k profit I believe, can’t see this being the breeze suggested.

Good luck SBuild, just remember your feelings when this share price was low when or if this rises, don’t let a gain slip again.

Fair comment, I certainly believed what we had been told. However the sale of camco, John wards sells and those options finally swung my belief here, there’s only so many red flags one can take before they realise what’s going on.

Look at the facts, share options at lows, zero incentive yet had these massive deals that have never appeared on any pending customer selection pipelines we have been notified.

BS pension scheme sold down and redT withheld TR1, another fact.

I know so much here it’s stupid, do i believe this carp today? No, they have a contract for Singapore government but won’t RNS that as they can’t complete it, not because Singapore government can’t get the finance is it.

Zero trust because they aren’t trustworthy, today reaffirms it.

Any director buys on the way down? Plenty of selling without producing TR1’s and plenty of free shares for the boys, hard earned cash though is put into their own businesses bought from redT by directors for nothing, perhaps.

Facts are the BoD including Scott and our chairman have taken the profitable aspects of this business for nothing, one a well hidden transaction at the chairman’s home address now and the other by Scott for a quid. As for clearance by nomad that is BS, question to nomad £1 fair deal? You still paying our fees? Yes, done deal.

Going on past performance the only interest directors have are their own, if this ever becomes profitable it will follow similar course, who knows.

For me trust here is zero, they need funds and this contract today should not have been announced to market as it isn’t complete, like buying a house subject to mortgage but you’re unemployed. Also going on past history wenhad jabil’s contract announced to market followed by 50% discounted placing but no order.

Zero sales this year and they are still reporting sales in Gen2 format, that suggests Gen3 ain’t ready. Of course they will mug off a few more punters in the meantime, fresh faces 2019 and beyond. Rinse and repeat.

Unfortunately this will deter investors quizzing the BoD tomorrow regarding Camco bought by Scott for nothing and the biogas business that is now at our chairman’s home address.

Sure they will produce more jam tomorrow details over the coming weeks for funding, remember the sell function this time around.

If I were attending tomorrow and scared to ask real questions about this BoD, then ask why this sale wasn’t in the final stage of customer selection, it should of been of what was said today is true and not another Jabil inala contract.

If chalcopyrite is the most important mineral in copper mining accounting for nearly half of global production, with stockwork exhibit higher recovery of metal in processing, would suggest these geologists might have seen these types of formations previously and therefore assays being produced quicker.

The wider implications from these results are not in the processing procedures, unless of course you know differently to me?

Fact is this is perhaps the most exciting exploration drilling campaigns for many years on AIM, it’s a continuous and that means news flow will be also, nothing better then a flow of good news.

Add to that copper mines of a decent size being sought by majors, get in early before the heards arrive and reap serious rewards, don’t forget our JV with MOD is significant but also our new JV is progressing at pace.

Thing is Bonks never said A4 was identical to T3 open pit, you got a little over excited and started shouting. Maybe it’s because you want be the most respected poster, or you require people to admire your purported expertise.

Personally I couldn’t careless whatever grievances occurred in the past, what I’m interested in is making money, we all know the drilling programme is good news for shareholders, that’s what counts. Whoever is the smartest of the boards is really irrelevant imo, I don’t believe you are as smart as you believe, that’s going on your postings on other boards I invest in, nothing personal.

These domes are being drilled by some very respected guys, they are doing so as they believe they will add value, what you put forward is your opinion that differs from the company’s view, no idea what you know that these guys do not having built very successful companies in the past is beyond me.

The domes being drilled were never expected to produce shallow deposits like T3 open pit, also your claim they are hundreds of meters below is misleading, they are just over a couple hundred on the recent RNS and we are yet to get further drilling results. Either way I trust they know what they are doing, all appears to be as expected, cupric have a commercial underground and by the looks of last drill we have quite a spectacular deposit, we need results to confirm of course.

Suggest you relax, enjoy the ride and stop shouting, makes you look more desperate just like your big shout about options, issue of equity etc. If you don’t like it sell up and move on, if you do then maybe start sharing positive information rather then half educated gumph that you believe be correct.

A happy board is good for everyone, despite what you might believe taking book up and down to suit your agenda actually makes your view pointless and is rarely profitable at this early stage.

Decent placing done recently by BoD who must be respected for not having their pants pulled down by the city. Looks like a good entry to me, given the large amount raised can see a short-ish term gain potential here, hopefully a large one, remember this is AIM anything can happen.

Hi Dobbin, yeah old Jan Nelson didnt do investors proud, no comparison to this one, always liked our ceo from when he presented at a share show around launch, seemed honest and has done a great job imo.

Been in here for years, keep forgetting about them to be honest, bought back at sub 20p days, sliced and let it run. Been a longer slog then thought but looks like this will pay of big style.

Just looking at last nights trades for above, is my system correct that there was only one trade of 5,000 bought?

If it is same transfer in then it will be no, each transaction is reported with references number to governing body.

I used work for an investment house years ago, I remember the reporting process made that impossible, it was hard enough with pension splitting in divorce cases and these places don’t employ thinkers.

I’m old enough to remember S266a contracts, been around pensions until early noughts I suppose, not a huge amount changes in admin processes, still dire.

Bonks, that’s a statement, would normally say that is madness but in this case you’re fully backed by T3, even moreso today as there’s little chance of dilution here.

If it’s the same money you want splitting then the answer is almost certianly No! Not even sure they’d do it with two separate transfers, ideally you will need split the money in your own head, lol. Also you would need two ID’s, can’t see them doing that specially now, proper nightmare with new passwords and that, still can’t trade on my account for security reasons, idiots!

I have two SIPP’s one with HL the other with AJ Bell, simply because HL wouldn’t accept the transfer. Both quite good although I believe AJ Bell is slightly higher on costs, no idea what HL charge if anything and the other is a few quid each year.

Good to spread them around and I have to say both are excellent in admin.
